Judicial report: Weather: Overcast J & J Tapiki the Trainers of RAMROD REASON were fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms underweight.
J & J Tapiki the Trainers of THREE BUGGS FULL were fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.6 kilograms underweight.

Race 1 METEOR PRINTERS - C1/2 - 305 The favourite CHILE DAN was the slowest away but made ground well to finish in 3rd place. NOOKYS WINK was away well and handy on the first corner but was checked, went back several places and then made up some ground for 5th place.
Race 2 DIMOCKS RETROVISION - C1 - 305 WOODSTOCK ROCKS was slow to begin and lost 3 lengths and any chance of a placing. AINT NO ROYAL and KNOW CENTS bumped together on the first corner, lost ground and finished in the last two places.
Race 3 MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C0f - 520 TIZZY LEE BUCKET was checked in the race to the first corner and dropped out to last but recovered to finish very well for a close up 4th placing. SAMS RENEGADE was bumped by INTENTION KNOWN on the home turn and lost ground and finished in 2nd last place. CRAFTY FLYNN G.Cleeve Rule 64 Suffering from a wrist injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 28.07.07.
Race 4 RUSHIRE - C2 - 305 KNOW GOOD ran in from the start and checked SEXY BEAST who went back to the rear and finished in 2nd last place. HOMEBUSH SQUIRT ran in in the back straight and checked SYDENHAM SMITH and UNO A WHISPER who lost ground. SYDENHAM SMITH recovered to finish 2nd while UNO A WHISPER stayed back and finished last.
Race 5 SPICERS PAPER - C1/2 - 520 The favourite HOMEBUSH ELVY was checked on the first corner, lost several lengths and stayed back in last place to the finish.
Race 6 BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C3/4 - 305 BLUE WATCH, CRYSTAL VIRUS and BIGTIME JULIE were crowded in the back straight and CRYSTAL VIRUS went back to last but then ran on for 5th place. BIGTIME JULIE was checked on the first corner, lost several lengths and finished in last place.
Race 7 NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #21 SPRINT FINAL - RESf - 305 GUNNADOO IT and THRILLING MIKE were checked back to the rear soon after the start and GUNNADOO IT appeared to suffer an injury and dropped out to finish several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a gracilus muscle injury. THRILLING MIKE then ran very wide on the bend and finished in 2nd last place. KNOW SAY and THRILLING PIPER were checked and lost ground on the bend. GUNNADOO IT C.Morris Rule 82 Suffered a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 09.08.07.
Race 8 MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C1f - 520 THRILLING TOPSY was checked on the first corner, moved out and forced GRACIE ROSE and THRILLING LAZER a little wide on the first bend. HOMER HAND Ex Christchurch on 17.07.07
Race 9 WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C5 - 305 ICAN DRIBBLE ran in from the start and caused jostling to SHARIMORE, HILLYS TIP and SEXY DREAM and they all lost ground and finished in the last four places.
Race 10 KEENAN CONCRETE - C4 - 305 DOUBLE HAPPY ran in from the start and checked TOKEN DIAMOND, HOMEBUSH TERRA and CRYSTAL WENDY who all lost ground and finished in the rear group.
