Judicial report: Weather: Overcast L.Fornasiere the Trainer of FOUR SQUARE was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.3 kilograms underweight.
P.Raven was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 88.1 o after placing the wrong number clothe under the top weather coat.
A.Nightingale the Trainer of DEADLY PRINCE was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 71.2 when late for preparation for racing.

Race 1 B & P ENGINEERING - C2 - 305 HOMEBUSH JESSIE, NOOKYS WINK and KWIK SOLVE were checked back to the rear on the first corner, never recovered and finished in the last three places.
Race 2 BRANDON ST TAB' WELLINGTON - C1/2 - 305 The race was started 3 minutes late due to TUSSY having the wrong number under the wet weather coat and this had to be changed. The Trainer P.Raven was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 88.1 o The race was all clear.
Race 3 CAMBRIDGE HOTEL WELLINGTON - C1 - 305 ROKAFELLA ROYALE was checked on the first corner, lost ground but then recovered to finish well for 3rd place. SWAPPA CRATE and ARANUI JOKER collided on the bend, lost ground and any chance of a placing.
Race 4 EXCHANGE HOTEL LOWER HUTT - C1/2 - 520 MCTAGGART was checked on the first corner and suffered a leg injury and took no further part in the race. The favourite BOSS LOU was also checked in the incident and lost all chance finishing in last place. MCTAGGART was examined by the Vet and euthanased due to a foreleg fracture MCTAGGART P.Raven Rule 82 Checked in the race and suffered a foreleg fracture injury and was euthanased.
Race 5 SPEIGHTS ALE HOUSE PETONE - C3 - 305 All clear.
Race 6 BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS BFG - C0d - 645 COLOUR WASH was slow to begin and lost three lengths.
Race 7 ANGLO UPHOLSTERERS 6 PAK - C4/5 - 520 MARTY HALL was checked twice on the first bend and dropped back and finished in last place. OWNEY JOE TARR O.Marron Rule 64 Suffering from soreness in the shoulder area, was presented and stood down for 5 days to and including 15.07.07.
Race 8 WWW.TOTALBODYSHOP.CO.NZ - C4/5 - 305 SUNSET DOLL was handy enough on the first corner but was checked back to 2nd last . She began to run on but was again checked on the home turn and finished in 4th place.
Race 9 UPPER VALLEY PANEL - C4 - 305 All clear.
