Judicial report: Weather: Raining Trainer DL Annette was fined $100.00 for two breaches of Rule 69.11. when BIGTIME DANCER and HOMEBUSH STELLA weighed in 1.5kgs and 1.1kgs respectively over their last race weights.

Race 1 WWW.AGRC.CO.NZ SPRINT - C0 - 318 LECTROMAN and TIGGER FOOT tangled on the first bend with both dogs losing ground. MANATEK WEST checked off the pacemaking TAMAKI GIRL just prior to the home bend and lost ground. As he started to weaken he came into contact with LECTROMAN who hit the rail and lost his chance. A post race veterinary check on LECTROMAN revealed no injury.
Race 2 JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS STAKES - C1 - 527 HOMEBUSH STELLA was slow to jump settling last and passing a few in the run home. Tightness just prior to the first bend caused FANCY CHARM, THRILLING HELEN and CREEK DIAMOND all to tangle with the latter two dogs losing some ground as a result. Into the first bend BIGTIME DANCER checked outwards off FANCY CHARM pushing THRILLING HELEN and CREEK DIAMOND wider causing these dogs to lose ground. BIGTIME DANCER started to weaken at the end of the back straight and was again checked by CREEK DIAMOND on the home turn. These dogs finished well back.
Race 3 MANUKAU SPRINT FEATURE - C4 - 318 Favourite KING JOKER was last to jump from its inside box but made up good ground for fourth. BAILED OUT and JOHNNY were tightened into the bend with both dogs losing ground and never recovering.
Race 4 PACIFIC SHEET & COIL (NZ) STAKES - C3 - 527 ANDREW THE BRAVE was slow to jump and when attempting to improve into the first bend checked outwards on to MISS GRAY which lost ground. Shortly after this incident MISS GRAY was again checked when THRILLING CLEO moved outwards with these dogs coming together. THRILLING CLEO made some ground for fifth with MISS GRAY remaining well back. SEA DRIFTER received a check into the back straight as the eventual winner STAMPEDE crossed it on its way to victory. SEA DRIFTER recovered well to finish second.
Race 5 MEADOWSET GRAPHICS SPRINT - C1 - 318 EMMA HONCHO and KEROMA SAFARI tangled just prior to the bend with KEROMA SAFARI dropping back quickly. MOHICAN HARRY also received the backwash of this and was shunted wide. A post race veterinary check on MOHICAN HARRY revealed no injury. On the turn KEROMA SAFARI was checked again this time hitting the running rail and losing more ground. A post race veterinary check on KEROMA SAFARI revealed no injury.
Race 6 FIRST SOVEREIGN TRUST SPRINT - C3/4 - 318 This race was delayed by three minutes at the request of raceday control. RICHFIELD REASON was checked when held up in between HOLAH A HYPO and THRILLING DANE on the bend with these three dogs tailing the field home.
Race 7 COMMERCIAL PLUMBING STAKES - C4/5 - 527 This race was delayed by three minutes at the request of raceday control. Favourite MOOD SWINGER was second to the first bend but was tightened by other dogs and checked from behind by WARNIE soon after. The kennelmates dropped out and tailed the field home.
Race 8 CAROL'S TABS SPRINT - C5 - 318 BRIGHT CONQUEST was tightened into the bend and lost ground to finish well back. STOOGE began well but faltered soon after and dropped to a long last. A post race veterinary check revealed a left hock strain with a twenty one day stand down recommended. STOOGE (NP Green) left hock strain. Rule 82.1. 21 days up to and including 21 July 2007.
Race 9 OXYSHOT NEW ZEALAND SPRINT - C1/2 - 318 Hot favourite IT'S CLASSY missed the jump by three lengths and settled last. She started to power through the field into the bend but ran into a wall of dogs as BROTHER BADGER, BLACK ELLY and TRASIT came together. BLACK ELLY received another check as BEST PLACE came underneath her and pushed her sideways around the bend. While this carnage was taking place BLUE SOLDIER slipped along the rails to run away and win easily. MIAMIGO (JE Coxon) lethargic with a cough. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 5 July 2007. ASH'S ASSASSIN (GB Darcy) late scratching with diarrhoea. Rule 64.14. 28 days up to and including 28 July 2007.
Race 10 THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL 6PAK STAKES - C1/2 - 527 This race was delayed by two minutes at the request of raceday control. ASHBOURNE FALCON was the slowest to jump settling at the rear. Into the first bend the eventual winner THRILLING TURBO checked VIRTUOSO and TAKE THE MICKY as it crossed quickly to the rails with these dogs losing ground. Soon after ASHBOURNE FALCON ran outwards forcing AWESOME FOOT over extra ground with these dogs losing ground and remaining well back.
