R & L Bell the Trainers of EXODUS were fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms overweight.
C.Morris the Trainer of JANES MYNAME was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 88.1 o for a breach of Rule 64.2 when failing to present the dog for kennelling and racing.

Race 2 SPICERS PAPER - C2/3 - 305 NO WARNING, DES'REE and TUSSY jostled together for several strides in the race to the first turn, settled at the rear and stayed there to the finish. FYVIE BELLE and TUSSY were checked on the first corner and lost some ground. ANDWYN Ex Wanganui on 27.06.07

Race 5 BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C0 - 520 ELLES HOT was tightened and checked on the first corner and was checked again on the first bend, dropped back to last and stayed there to the finish. JANES MYNAME C.Morris Rule 68 Inadvertantly left at kennels and a late scratching under Rule 64.5 was stood down for 28 days to and including 26.07.07
Race 6 KERB AND CONCRETE LTD - C1 - 305 MISS ARROGANCE, BIGTIME ENCORE and the favourite SYDENHAM SMITH jostled together for several strides in the race to the first corner and lost ground. SYDENHAM SMITH and MISS ARROGANCE bumped together again on the bend, dropped out to the rear and finished in the last two places. Race 7 DECO ART, LEVIN - C4/5 - 520 MAJOR CONQUEST moved out on the first bend and checked RAMBUCHAN and they both lost ground and tailed the field home. HIGH ACE just led into the back straight but was then checked and lost four lengths. He then recovered to finish in 3rd place. BRONX APPEAL Ex Wanganui on 27.06.07.
Race 8 RUSH HIRE SPRINT - C4 - 305 PATTYS ANSWER ran out on the first corner and forced MY SINBAD, THRILLING MIKE and DOUBLE HAPPY very wide on the bend over extra ground and they finished in the last four places.
Race 9 PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C4/5 - 305 One of the favourites SIR KRETION was slow to begin but then made up ground to finish a close up 4th. BIGTIME ELLA Ex Wanganui on 27.06.07.
