Judicial report: Weather: Fine PR Scott, was fined $50.00 under Rule 69.11 when EL ASSASSIN weighed in 1.1kgs over his last race weight.
A Hart/K Taylor were fined $50.00 each on four charges under Rule 69.11 when HOMEBUSH DAVE, STATE ELECTION, WALS WOICE and UTTER MADNESS all weighed in over their last race weights.

Race 1 ADVANCE PERFORMACE STAKES - C4/5 - 520 Into the first bend WINSOME BLITZ and WAXEYE checked out off LIMITED IMPACT with WAXEYE running wide. Soon after SANDAVE, LAGOON PHOENIX and EMULATE were tightened losing ground to settle at the rear. All three finished midfield.
Race 2 WILLYWHATATSTUD.COM SPRINT - C1 - 295 HOMEBUSH JENNA and KAIWARA SARAH came together into the bend coming back on NICKER TIME, TORQUE TRENDY, BERT BADGER and WHATA DILEMA. They all lost ground to finish well back. TORQUE TRENDY was subject to a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss.
Race 3 ARCTIC BLAST COOLING BANDAGE DASH - C1 - 295 MERCEDES HOPE was slow from the inside box finishing near the rear. Into the bend KIWI YOUNG was tightened by PRAISE, losing ground to finish midfield. PRAISE finished on for third.
Race 4 EXCELSIOR SPORTS BAR & TAB DASH - C2 - 295 WHERES YABREEKS and REMUS tangled into the bend with REMUS coming back on HOMEBUSH CARLIN and HEAPS HEPTIC who both lost ground to fill the last two placings. WHERES YABREEKS and on for third with REMUS midfield.
Race 5 DANNY MILLWARD PLASTERING STAKES - C0 - 520 ANOTHER CLOUD moved down towards the rail after jumping tightening SALLY BAXTER, CYBER QUEEN, CHARLIE DEE and RACEY LACEY, all five losing ground to finish well behind the placegetters.
Race 6 SUPER PETS SPRINT - C0 - 295 BORACIC LINT checked out off NURSR NANCY into the bend taking ROPE OF SAND wide on the track. They all finished well back. RIRI MEGUMI faultered soon after the jump finishing a distant last. A post race veterinary check revealed left hock sprain with a 14 day stand down recommended. GOLD QUIZ (MJ Flipp) infected left hock. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 2 July 2007. RIRI MEGUMI (MP Stewart) left hock sprain. Rule 82.1. 14 days up to and including 9 July 2007.
Race 7 GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND DASH - C0 - 295 ELLE VOLLI ran outwards after jumping checking WILLIE DEE, TURN THE CARD and CALLING COLLECT all losing ground. BLACK INN BRAVE clipped the rail soon after drifting out to finish near the rear. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury to BLACK INN BRAVE however CALLING COLLECT was found to have wrist pain with a 14 day stand down recommended. CALLING COLLECT (AH Lee) wrist pain. Race 8 WWW.CHRISTCHURCHGREYHOUNDS.CO.NZ STAKES - C1 - 520 MAURITIUS and GROOVY SHOW tangled turning for home when racing at the rear. They filled the last two placings. LIKE A STORM who won the race was subject to a veterinary examination which revealed right wrist pain with a 14 day stand down recommended. LIKE A STORM (R Adcock) right wrist pain. Rule 82.1. 14 days up to and including 9 July 2007.
Race 9 HOUNDS 4 HOMES PH 033121699 DASH - C1 - 295 AINT NO ROYAL was slow to jump settling last before running on late for fourth. DWACK and RUN LIKE GEORGE tangled into the bend losing ground to fill the last two placings.
Race 10 GARDEN CITY CHEM DRY SPRINT - C2 - 295 BONNIE BLINK jumped to the lead from the boxes leading throughout. HIGH FLYIN TEDDY was checked soon after jumping finishing near the rear. A post race veterinary check revealed right hind lacerations with a 14 day stand down recommended. There was a power failure to the OB van just prior to this race which was identified as a outside control switch having been interfered with presumably by a young child. Race 11 TUESDAY PLACE PICK STAKES - C1 - 520 All clear.
Race 12 FITZGERALD TAVERN SPRINT - C2 - 295 All clear. HOMEBUSH JADE (JT McInerney) scratched at Otago GRC meeting on 21 June 2007. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 30 June 2007. MICRO LITE (WJ Cairns) was a late scratching at kennelling when found with a right gracilus tear. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 68.26. 28 days up to and including 23 July 2007.
Race 13 $8 ON-COURSE ROAST & REFRESHMENT DASH - C5 - 295 Soon after the jump MULISHA BALE tightened TRENDY MOMENT and ROSIE RETURN who came back on KIM'S WHISKY and THAT VIRUS. These dogs lost all chance finishing at the rear with MULISHA BALE running on for second.
Race 14 DAVE EMERSON CONSULTANCY STAKES - C2 - 520 CECILIA HENRY was subject to a veterinary check which revealed minor multiple abrasions to his hind legs with a 7 day stand down recommended. CECILIA HENRY (JT McInerney) abrasions. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 2 July 2007.
Race 15 MURRAY @ REMAX PH 3715005 DASH - C3 - 295 PORCHIA BALE ran outwards after jumping checking MADAME JO JO and HOMEBUSH JANE who lost ground to fill the last two placings. PORCHIA BALE ran out further in the home straight losing ground to finish fifth.
Race 16 CANTERBURY O.T.B ASSN SPRINT - C4 - 295 CRACKER HAND was tightened between dogs losing ground to finish near the rear.
Race 17 WILSONS SPORTS BAR & TAB STAKES - C5 - 520 All clear.
Race 18 SCHULTZ PANEL & PAINT SPRINT - C3 - 295 HOMEBUSH DUNCAN was slow to jump running on late for fourth. IMA LLOYDIE was tightened into the bend losing ground to finish near the rear.
Race 19 DUAL CODE THURSDAY DASH - C5 - 295 GOOD GRACIOUS ME was tightened into the bend losing all chance finishing seventh.
Race 20 CANTERBURY DRAUGHT SIX PACK - C3/4 - 520 OPAWA STATE and UTTER MADNESS came together when racing at the rear across the top. They filled the last two placings. BLASTING POINT (JT McInerney) left dew claw infection. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 30 June 2007. SISSINGHURST (R Adcock) right fore toe fracture. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 30 days up to and including 24 July 2007.
