Judicial report: Weather: Showery M.Fornasiere was fined $ 30-00 under Rule 88.1y for failing to observe the dress code. In reaching a decision on penalty, it was taken into account that there is currently a shortage of Club Jackets available for handlers.

POLSKA raced onto the heels of THRILLING CARA on the bend, moved in and checked FOG PATCHES who dropped back quickly and finished near the rear.
Race 2 BRANDON ST, TAB - WELLINGTON - C0 - 305 The favourite SEXY GIRL SUTTON was very slow to begin losing several lengths and all chance of a placing. She finished in 2nd last place. BIDNA MOHAN L.Bell Rule 64 Suffering from a webbing injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 30.05.07.
Race 3 CAMBRIDGE HOTEL, WELLINGTON - HEAT 1 - C2q - 305 Heat 1 LITTLE GYMNIST got a foot caught in the muzzle just after the lids opened, pulled up and took no part in the race.
Race 4 EXCHANGE HOTEL, LOWER HUTT - C0 - 305 ARATAKI LAD ran out from the start and bumped GEORGIE MOHAN and then continued to move out hindering GEORGIE MOHAN and they both lost ground and finished well back. ABOUT TO BOOGY was slow to begin and raced well back throughout and finished last.
Race 5 SPEIGHTS ALE HOUSE - PETONE - HEAT 2 - C2q - 305 Heat 1 RAINING MEN was slow to begin and tailed the field throughout to finish in last place.
Race 6 PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C1 - 520 All clear.
Race 7 BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C3 - 305 All clear.
Race 8 TOTAL BODY SHOP 6 PACK - C4 - 520 ARANUI SPEEDY moved in on the first corner and checked CAWBOURNE BARON who lost ground but then recovered to run on well for 2nd placing. THRILLING CLASS A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a thigh muscle injury, was presented and stood down for 7 days to and including 28.05.07. THRILLING MYNA A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a metatarsal injury, was presented and stood down for 5 days to and including 26.05.07 THRILLING PEARL K.Walsh Rule 82 Suffering from pain in a shoulder muscle and stood down for 7 days to and including 29.05.07.
Race 9 UPPER VALLEY PANEL - C4 - 305 RUIZ ROYALE led until the first corner where she faltered and dropped back quickly to finish in last place. RUIZ ROYALE was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a tricep muscle injury. COREYS FLIGHT was bumped from the inside on the first corner, lost several lengths and finished in 2nd last place. SPRING STORM P.Freeman Rule 64 Suffering from a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 17.06.07. CHARLSTON KID D.Schofield Rule 64 Suffering from a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 31.05.07. THRILLING SNOOP A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a pectoral muscle injury, was presented and stood down for 5 days to and including 27.05.07. RUIZ ROYALE L.Bell Rule 82 Suffered a tricep muscle injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 12.06.07.
Race 10 ACCSYS FOR QUICKBOOKS - C2/3 - 520 THRILLING SUNNY was tightened and checked and fell soon after the start. THRILLING SUNNY was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. The favourite THRILLING RIDDLE was awkwardly placed on the first corner and had to check, losing ground. THRILLING RIDDLE made up some ground to finish in 4th place.
Race 11 B & P ENGINEERING - C1 - 305 SWAPPA CRATE ran out on the bend and forced THRILLING BERNIE and THUNDER BLUNDER wide on the track over extra ground.
Race 12 ANGLO UPHOLSTERERS - C1 - 305 STRONG BAD ran out at the start and bumped RUN ROSIE RUN. ANGEL EYES ran out in the back straight and bumped STRONG BAD who was forced onto INCIDIOUS and that runner lost ground. THRILLING BECKY K.Walsh Rule 64 Suffering from a sprained pectoral muscle and stood down for 10 days to and including 31.05.07 BIGTIME ENCORE D.Gough Rule 64 Suffering from a pad injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 30.05.07.
