| Race 1 | METEOR PRINTERS - C1 - 305 | GYPSYS MATE and BLUE WATCH collided in the race to the first corner and GYPSYS MATE dropped out to finish several lengths last and then fell after the winning post. GYPSYS MATE was examined by the Vet and found to have been suffering from cramp which caused him to fall and a 5 day stand down was ordered. GYPSYS MATE C.Clark Rule 82 Suffered from cramp and stood down for 5 days to and including 22.05.07. |
| Race 2 | KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C2/3 - 520 | The favourite FUN AND PROFIT was checked entering the back straight, moved out and bumped SOPHIE HALL and they lost ground. FUN AND PROFIT was again checked on the final bend and dropped back and finished in 3rd last place. |
| Race 3 | RUSH HIRE - C0 - 305 | ARATAKI LAD ran out from the start and bumped TIMMY VINE. ARATAKI LAD continued to move out in the back straight and checked GEORGIE MOHAN and they finished in the last two places. TIMMY VINE checked off the heels of MIDNIGHT SPOT on the home turn and ran wide over extra ground. |
| Race 4 | MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C0 - 520 | POLSKA ran in from the start and checked DEBBIE BLUEFIRE, BIDNA MOHAN and ASLAN who all lost ground. NATURE RULES ran onto the back of THREE BUGS FULL on the first corner causing that runner to check and move out forcing DEBBIE BLUEFIRE very wide on the bend and they finished in the last three places. |
| Race 5 | GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C5 - 520 | THRILLING JEN moved in on the first turn and checked HELLO AWESOME and WARNIE who lost ground. The favourite TOP FANCY was checked twice on the first bend, lost ground but was observed to finish well for 5th place. TOP FANCY moved in on the final bend and checked WARNIE and THRILLING JEN who both lost a couple of lengths. |

They were examined by the Vet and ARATAKI and REGAL PETE were stood down for 5 days with superficial lacerations while TOKEN DIAMOND suffered a torn toe nail and was stood down for 28 days. REGAL PETE N.Clark Rule 82 Checked and fell and suffered superficial lacerations and was stood down for 3 days to and including 20.05.07.
