Race 1	METEOR PRINTERS - C1/2 - 305	The favourite AMBEROSE was the slowest away but then made ground in the race to the first turn until she was checked three times on the corner and starting on the bend and she dropped out to finish in 2nd last place. THRILLING MELODY checked off the heels of TARTARE SAUCE on the bend and ran wide into the straight over extra ground.
Race 2	RUSH HIRE - C1 - 520	HEALING CRYSTAL ran onto the back of SUPREME TEDDY on the first corner and fell. SUPREME TEDDY, ROCKET WOLF and FLOSSY BOOTS all lost ground in the incident and all chance of a placing. HEALING CRYSTAL was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with quadricep bruising and a cut leg. HEALING CRYSTAL S.Gommans Rule 82 Fell and suffered quadricep bruising and a cut leg and stood down for 14 days to and including 24.05.07.
Race 3	KEENAN CONCRETE SIX PACK - C2/3 - 520	SEXY BEAST ran out on the first corner and forced ROYAL RICHIE and THRILLING SUNNY wide over extra ground. SEXY BEAST lost several lengths in the incident and finished in last place. AMBERSMOOTH S.Maher Rule 64.10 In a seasonal condition and stood down for 28 days to and including 06.06.07.
Race 4	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C4/5 - 305	ZENSU was checked on the bend and dropped back onto THRILLING SNOOP who also lost ground.
Race 5	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C4/5 - 520	THRILLING MYNA was slow to begin and raced well back throughout to finish in 2nd last place. OPAWA ROSE who was reasonably well supported, appeared to have every opportunity but raced at the back and finished in last place.
Race 6	'THE FUTURITY' FINAL - R/Af - 520	MICRO BENNY moved out on the first corner and jostled HEATHERLEA ROSE for a few strides and both dogs lost ground. MICRO BENNY was checked again entering the back straight and again on the final bend and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 7	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C4/5 - 520	JAMES BEE and PADDY FLYIN collided on the first corner and PADDY FLYIN moved out forcing ANOTHER GALE, WINSOME DAISY and CHARLSTON GHOST wide over extra ground.
Race 8	CD DISTANCE - C2df - 755	All clear.
Race 9	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C4 - 305	TOUCH OF SMOKEY moved out on the home turn and pushed MISS WOOFY COOKA and BIGTIME STORM wide on the track and they finished in the last two places. BIGTIME JULIE Ex Wanganui on 09.05.07.
Race 10	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C3 - 305	CATCH CADDY moved in on the bend and checked HOMEBUSH MAX and FOUR SQUARE who both lost ground and finished at the rear. BRITE OPAWA D.Parata Rule 64 Suffering from a toe injury, was presented and stood down for 7 days to and including 16.05.07
