Judicial report: Weather: Fine The inquiry which was opened and adjourned on 25.04.07 was concluded without any further action being deemed necessary apart from Trainer W.T.Hodgson being spoken to and advised to address any concerns he may have to the Steward in Charge or the Clubs Board and not to Staff members.
B.Craik was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 71.2 when late to the kennels for Race 4.
An inquiry was opened and adjourned into an allegation that M.McCook, A.McCook and J.McCook had used offensive language to a Kennels Security Steward and possibly others present. Further inquiries are to be made into the alleged incident.

MINDY LEIGH made firm contact with the rail on the first corner, suffered a serious leg injury and took no further part in the race. The video confirmed that MINDY LEIGH had not suffered tightening in the incident but had run into the rail of its own accord. MINDY LEIGH was examined by the Vet and euthanased. THRILLING MAGIC and ANDREW THE BRAVE jostled together on the first turn and both lost ground. |
