Judicial report: Weather: fine licenced Trainer Mrs D L Annette was charged with a breach of rule 69 .11 in that Mrs Annette presented Bigtime Dancer to race at 30.9 Kgs up 1.9Kg from its last start on 15-04-07 when this greyhounds weight was 29Kgs. The breach of this rule was admitted by Mrs Annette and a fine of $50.00 was imposed in this instance.

Race 1	PUTT AROUND THE ROCKS SPRINT - C0 - 318	Central Bowler, Tiodo, Thrilling Juliet and Sergent Scream were the slowest to begin. After the start Sergent scream ran inwards and contacted Thrilling Juliet with both of these runners being checked. Tiodi was denied clear racing room when Central Bowler and Sergent Scream came together as the field raced into the turn out of the back straight.
Race 2	WWW.AGRC.CO.NZ SPRINT - C1 - 318	Brother Badger was the slowest to begin. After the start Maggy Jay ran in and pushed Mohican Harry onto Rosetta and Call Me Loyal causing checks to these runners. Rosetta and Call Me Loyal came together as the field raced into the turn out of the back straight, both of these runners were checked in this incident. Call Me Loyal ran out when racing around the bend checking itself and Brother Badger when they made contact. Mohican Harry had to check off the heels on Overload racing around the top bend.
Race 3	CAROL'S TABS' STAKES - C3 - 527	Ash's Assassin and Remo Blaster were jostling when racing into and around the first turn with both of these runners suffering checks.
Race 4	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS MAIDEN FINAL - C0f - 527	Home Loan Blues was the slowest to begin. As the field raced into the first turn Ramrod Reason crossed to the rail and in doing so caused a severe check to Thrilling Rip which was trailing this runner Thrilling Rip after this check ran outwards, contacting and checking Lady Dot. Racing down the back straight Thrilling Rip was again checked when this runner checked off heels losing a length. As the field swung for home Wulfgar ran outwards and checked itself and Thrilling Rip when these runners made contact.
Race 5	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING SPRINT FINAL - C1f - 318	Distinctly Roys and Quiet Sensation were the slowest to begin. Quiet Sensation was checked when Distinctly Roys ran outwards as the field raced into the turn out of the back straight. Another Beauty was observed to race wide after the start and this runner stopped very quickly at the end of the back straight finishing in last place by several lengths. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities with this runner. Another Beauty ( S. C. Mann) Pain to Deltoidus Muscle right leg Rule 82.1 21 day stand down to and including 16-05-07 Ordered to satisfactory trial under rule 81.1
Race 6	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS SPRINT - C2 - 318	Miamigo, Barramundi Flex and Best Place were the slowest to begin. After the start Got Hope was observed to run inwards and in doing so caused general tightning to Origin Teddy, Ray Reeb, Bullet Blue and Miamigo with these runners being all checked and tightened for room in this incident.
Race 7	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL (NZ) STAKES - C4/5 - 527	Thrilling Hubba and Killer Touch were the slowest to begin. Augusta Allen and Killer Touch came together as the field raced into the first turn with both of these runners being checked in this incident.
Race 8	OXYSHOT NEW ZEALAND SPRINT - C3/4 - 318	Selkcahs Legend and Crowded House were the slowest to begin. After the start Lady Briana ran inwards forcing Mac Mcleod down onto Selkcahs Legend with these runners being checked in this incident The field apart from Lady Tandia were all tightened for room as the field raced down the back straight when Crowded House came in and caused general tighting to all runners.
Race 9	ALAMO BAR & GRILL STAKES - C1 - 527	Fancy Trick and Elle Virus were the slowest to begin. After the start El Doo ran inwards and contacted Rialto Rosie with both of these runners being checked in this incident Electrostatic was denied clear racing room and checked to the rear in this incident. As the field raced into the first turn Rialto Rosie and Electrostatic came together and made contact with both of these runners being checked in this incident.
Race 10	'WE RACE SUNDAY 29TH APRIL' SPRINT - C5 - 318	This race abandoned due to power failure.
