Judicial report: Weather: Fine J.Elers the Trainer of DUSTYS REWARD was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms underweight.
At an inquiry adjourned from 19.04.07, Lure Driver C.Butlin admitted a breach of Rule 88.1 o when it was alleged that he had used threatening language to Trainer B.Cole. After taking into account the circumstances surrounding the incident, a fine of $ 300-00 was imposed.

| Race 5 | MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR STAKES - C1 - 520 | THRILLING SYD, I'M INFECTIOUS and BIGTIME ASSASSIN bumped together when leading on the first corner and I'M INFECTIOUS and THRILLING SYD lost momentum and some ground. They were both checked again on the first bend and they finished near the rear. BIGTIME ASSASSIN recovered to win the race. |
| Race 6 | PRESIDENTS STAKES - C2 - 520 | MOCHACCINO, BINTANG BERT and FUN AND PROFIT bumped together soon after the start and settled back. LUKE SAMMY ZAK was away well and handy on the first corner but appeared to be galloped on and dropped back to last and stayed there to the finish. He was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
