Race 2 | DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C0 - 305 | The winner HEALING CRYSTAL ran in from the start and checked the favourite BIGTIME ELLA and also MISS ARROGANCE. MISS ARROGANCE moved out on the first corner and checked BIGTIME ELLA, EARLY SUNSHINE and BIG IMPRESSION and they lost all chance of a placing. Soon after, MISS ARROGANCE raced onto the heels of BIGTIME ELLA and they again lost ground. |

Race 4 | GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C1 - 520 | THRILLING JAGUAR ran into the back of the favourite MICRO BENNY on the first bend and and checked its momentum for a couple of strides. MICRO BENNY recovered to finish in 2nd place. |
Race 5 | MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C2 - 305 | DES'REE and EMILIE ONE jostled together for a few strides in the race to the first corner and lost four lengths. They bumped again on the bend and EMILIE ONE lost ground again and finished in last place. |
Race 6 | RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ - C1 - 520 | BONIFIED ran in on the first corner and caused checks to the favourite BIGTIME ASSASSIN and also to COOL CUSTOMERand THRILLING FISH and they lost all chance and ANDREW THE BRAVE who fell. ANDREW THE BRAVE was checked by the Vet and cleared of injury. |

KIWI ASSASSIN was examined by the Vet, cleared of injury and was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1. for non pursuit. The favourite BIGTIME LISA appeared to have every chance but failed to race up to expectations, finishing well back. She was examined by the Vet and found to have a shoulder muscle injury and was stood down for 14 days. PAPAMOA LASS dropped away early in the race to finish a long last. PAPAMOA LASS was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a tricep injury. KIWI ASSASSIN F.Kite Rule 80.1 b Failed to pursue throughout and stood down for 28 days to and including 10.05.07. Required to trial under Rule 81.1 PAPAMOA LASS P.Freeman Rule 82 Suffered from a tricep injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 22.04.07.
