MISS ARROGANCE moved out on the first corner and checked BIGTIME ELLA, EARLY SUNSHINE and BIG IMPRESSION and they lost all chance of a placing. Soon after, MISS ARROGANCE raced onto the heels of BIGTIME ELLA and they again lost ground. |

The favourite BIGTIME LISA appeared to have every chance but failed to race up to expectations, finishing well back. She was examined by the Vet and found to have a shoulder muscle injury and was stood down for 14 days. PAPAMOA LASS dropped away early in the race to finish a long last. PAPAMOA LASS was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a tricep injury. KIWI ASSASSIN F.Kite Rule 80.1 b Failed to pursue throughout and stood down for 28 days to and including 10.05.07.
