Race 1	WELLINGTON HOUNDS @ WANGANUI - C2 - 305	The favourite NANCY'S WISH was away well but was then checked back to near the rear when RUIZ ROYALE moved out from the rail in the first few strides. NANCY'S WISH recovered to finish well for 3rd place. BINTANG BERT was slow to begin and tailed the field throughout and finished in last place.
Race 2	WELLINGTON COMMITTEE STAKES - C0f - 305	CAYOTE BOY and HOMEBUSH JOY came together soon after the start and tightened MISS ARROGANCE who in turn moved out and checked BIGTIME ASSASSIN. BIGTIME ASSASSIN recovered to win well.
Race 3	CAMBRIDGE HOTEL, WELLINGTON - C1/2 - 520	All clear. BUG CATCHER M.Beeson Rule 68 A late scratching due to an infected nail quick, was presented and stood down for 7 days to and including 17.04.07.
Race 4	EXCHANGE HOTEL, LOWER HUTT - C0 - 305	TIZZY LEE BUCKET and HOME LOAN BLUES were slow to begin and raced well back throughout and finished in the rear group.
Race 5	SPEIGHTS ALE HOUSE - PETONE - C3 - 305	This race was started 3 minutes late at the T.A.B. request. THRILLING MARK and HOMEBUSH TERRA moved in from the start and checked HOMEBUSH DOUG, CHARLIE CASH and MR MIARGI who settled at the rear. The favourite THRILLING MARK was handy early in the race but dropped out from the first corner and finished several lengths last. He was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 6	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C3 - 520	This race was started 3 minutes late at the T.A.B request. The favourite BIGTIME LISA was awkwardly placed on the rail and was checked three times during the race and finished in 5th place.
Race 7	TOTAL BODY SHOP - C0df - 645	This race was started 2 minutes late at the request of the T.A.B. The race was all clear.
Race 8	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C4/5 - 305	EXODUS was checked against the rail on the first corner, lost several lengths and all chance of a placing and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 9	UPPER VALLEY PANEL - C4/5 - 520	SEXY BEAST was checked on the first corner, lost several lengths and tailed the field from there to the finish. PALSY O'CEIRIN F.Kite Rule 64 Suffering from an infected foot and stood down for 10 days to and including 19.04.07.
Race 10	ACCSYS FOR QUICKBOOKS - C4/5 - 305	THRILLING SNOOP was handy to the first turn but was checked, went back to last and finished in that position. LITTLE INTENT I.Moore Rule 64.10 In a seasonal condition and stood down for 28 days to and including 07.05.07. BLACK SAL D.Parata Rule 64 Has an infected wound inside a thigh, was presented and stood down for 7 days to and including16.04.07.
Race 11	B & P ENGINEERING SIX PACK - C1 - 305	The favourite MANGANUI MISS was the slowest away but then raced through on the rail to finish in 3rd place. BIGTIME ENCORE D.Gough Rule 64 Suffering from unexplained weight loss and stood down for 10 days to and including 19.04.07. ( Vet certificate supplied )
