Health and Safety comment: There may be processes that need to be looked at in the future for increased security in the Trainers carpark as there where a couple of problems later on in the evening with some young people causing a nuisance out there The club is aware of the problem and is working on it

Judicial report: Weather: Fine After race seven the club photographer (Mr Thomas Wood) was spoken to in regard of positioning himself further away from the finishing line when taking his photos in the future
Trainer (B D R Cole) was given a final warning under Rule 71.2 for being late for a Pre race swab Also Late for pre race presentation--
Another Gale (J T McInerney) Winner of race 10 was ordered to be swabbed , after several tries it was abandoned as it was clear the dog was not going to provide a sample

Race 1	JOHN LAMONT DISTANCE FINAL - C0df - 630	Winsome Blitz dwelt at the start. Romano Reason and Winsome Blitz came together going out of the turn the first time causing both dogs to cover extra ground at that point Winsome Blitz had to race wide down the back straight before being able to find the rail and run on to win. Miss Vee Eight was given a veterinary examination and was found to have an injury requiring a 28 day standown from racing There was a one minute delay to this race at the request of the TAB Miss Vee Eight (P&L Henley)Left fore digit split Rule 82.1 28 day standown to an including 2.05.07
Race 2	L.J.HOOKER CAMBRIDGE LTD - C2 - 457	Soon after the start there was jostling between Elite Paradise,Lagoon Phoenix,Rialto Mission, Matilda and Mochaccino resulting in Elite Paradise losing ground and not recovering from there to finish at the rear Entering the first turn Mochachino ran up on the back of Crowded House and had to check back at that point. There was a one minute delay to this race at the request of the TAB--------.
Race 3	ALPHA HOTEL KIHIKIHI MAIDEN FINAL - C0f - 457	Know Good was very slow away costing it all real chance in the race Groovy Gold and Thrilling Gert came together for several strides soon after entering the first turn Cool Groovy and Thrilling Pixie raced wide around the top turn clear of any interference with Cool Groovy running on well for second place Groovy Gold underwent a veterinary examination and was found to have an injury requiring a 15 day standown A one minute delay to this race at the request of the TAB . Race 4	PRESLAND TOCKER INSURANCE SERVICES IMPROVERS FINAL - C1f - 457	Fancy Trick knuckled over at the start and lost all chance thereafter On entering the first turn Groovy Finance came across looking for the rail causing Unzipped to be checked and stumble checking Kostya Bale to run into Unzipped and be checked-- Unzipped lost ground in this incident and could not recover to get back into the race-- Thrilling Jasper was checked by the veterinary surgeon and a injury was found requiring a 10 day standown . Race 5	STEWART & CAVALIER LTD - C3 - 457	Racing into the first turn Hot Dickadee and Remo Blaster came together for several strides , both dogs lost no ground in this incident to go on and figure in the first three placing --------.
Race 6	VEHICLE SERVICES RACEWAY SPRINT FINAL - C5f - 375	Entering the first turn Crazy Hand and Kylie`s Dilema came together for several strides as Kylie`s Dilema was attempting to work towards the rail Who Nose underwent a veterinary examination and was found to have a injury requiring a 7 day standown Who Nose (G N Pomeroy) Left long head trucefs strain Rule 82.1 7 day standown to an including 11.04.07
Race 7	T McDONALD MEMORIAL CUP - C2df - 747	Cockney Code and Oizdon Spice where slow away and never got into the race thereafter .
Race 8	GREEN THISTLE SPORTING TRUST NZ DERBY - R/Af - 457	Upon entering the first turn Another Lloyd came out as Thrilling Moe and Paddy Flying where moving in causing Paddy Flying to become unbalanced at that same time Thrilling Louie went around the field crossing in front of Paddy Flying and in doing so severly checked Paddy Flying resulting in that dog falling and taking no further part in the race Trainer (Mr B.R.D Cole) was given a final warning under Rule 71.2 for being late for a pre race swab and pre race presentation A veterinary check was ordered on Paddy Flying on abnormalities where found
Race 9	CAMBRIDGE TAB - C4 - 457	As they entered the first turn Sea Drifter moved out onto Kalden Kaos pushing that dog out resulting in Dabnye Shiraz being unable to avoid cannoning into Kalden Kaos from behind causing him to fall,Holah a Hypo was also checked in this incident. Dabyne Shiraz lost all chance in this incident On the point of the top bend Holah A Hypo and Dabnye Shiraz came together for several strides but where well back at the time Kalden Kaos was.ordered to undergo a veterinary examination where he was found to have sustained an injury requiring a 10 day standown High Ace (L J Ahern) hock injury Dog not presented no veterinary certificate supplied Rule no 64.14 28 day standown to an including 02.05.07 Kalden Kaos (D D Schofield) L intraspunutus sprain Rule 82.1 10 day standown to an including 14.04.07
Race 10	COS WE CAN STAKES - C5 - 457	Winsome state was slow away and never got into the race thereafter After 50 metres Winsome Show and Thrilling Hugo came together for several strides Asafa Bale raced wide around the top bend costing itself valuable ground only beating one home This race was put back one minute at the request of the TAB----------.
