Judicial report: Weather: Fine Race 9. Handler, P.Sutch-Jones was officially warned under Rule 71.4 for not fulfilling an obligation with Trainer C.J.Derecourt, to be a catcher for this race.

Race 1 LEAMINGTON DISTANCE - C1/2d - 630 Cockny Code tailed off early then made up ground over the final 300 mtrs to finish 6th.
Race 2 TAUWHARE STAKES - C1 - 457 Thrilling Patsy and Surf It Up came together at the start with both being checked. Ryans Thunder and Distinctly Roys came together at the start with both being checked. After 45 mtrs general tightening resulted in severe checks to Another Pride, Ryans Thunder and Trendy Time. Shortly after this incident Ryans Thunder ran very wide on the track and covered extra ground. Surf It Up and Another Pride came together for a stride on the bend with Another Pride being checked slightly. Matilda (T.A.Green). Gracilis myositis in left hind leg. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days to and including 22.03.07.
Race 3 SUPERIOR CHUNKY DOG ROLL DASH - C2 - 375 Marble Nugget, Mrs Goodley and Spring Bundy were marginally slow to begin. Marble Nugget moved inwards at the start and was checked when it contacted Jacki Flex. Entering the first turn Mrs Goodley moved outwards and checked itself and Willandra Bale. Jacki Flex moved inwards to the rail on the first turn and checked Andwyn. Fancy Lee moved inwards to the rail on the bend and checked Santas Prince which then raced wide thereafter.
Race 4 TAMAHERE SPRINT - C1 - 375 Hoksilato and Elle Virus came together at the start with both being checked. Nearing the first turn Thunder Blunder moved outwards and severely checked itself and Elle Virus. Entering the first turn Thunder Blunder moved outwards across the heels of Forever Running severely checking itself and Elle Virus with both of these runners then running wide. Hoksilato moved outwards on the home turn and severely checked Maggy Jay.
Race 5 MATANGI MAIDEN - C0 - 375 Timmy Vine was the slowest to begin. Inward and outward movement at the start resulted in checks Rainbow Creek, Thrilling Juliet and Creek Diamond. Creek Diamond ran wide on the bend. Rainbow Creek ran wide on the home turn and inconvenienced Creek Diamond.
Race 6 T.A.B PUMP & AUTOMOTIVE STAKES - C1/2 - 457 Black Limousine and Romano Reason were the slowest to begin. Dark Zephyr and Take The Micky came together at the start with both being checked slightly. Entering the first turn Tee Shirt moved inwards to the rail and severely checked itself and Crowded House. On the bend Dark Zephyr clipped the heels of and checked Crowded House. Black Limousine raced wide on the bend and remained wide throughout. Crowded House drifted for several strides on the bend then was denied clear racing room on the home turn before running on slightly for 4th placing.
Race 7 BRUNTWOOD SPRINT - C2/3 - 375 Miss MacSteele was the slowest. Entering the first turn Hola A Hypo, Ghost Nugget and Lily Longlegs came together with all being checked slightly. Entering the first turn general tightening resulted in severe checks to Coruba Rush and Sea Drifter. Holah A Hypo was tightened then moved outwards on the bend inconveniencing Lily Longlegs.
Race 8 WAIKATO RACEPIX DASH - C4 - 375 Super Deal moved outwards at the start and checked Mr Miargi. Entering the first turn Mr Miargi was tightened and severely checked when racing on the rail. Shortly after Massachusetts moved inwards to the rail and checked Fancy Bonnie. Suissa ran wide on the home turn when vying for the lead, lost 2 lengths and then rallied well for 2nd placing.
Race 9 RACEWAY SPRINT - C5 - 375 Thrilling Ollie was the slowest to begin. My Charlston ran inwards at the start and checked itself and Ivan Evans slightly. On the first turn My Charlston was tightened between runners became unbalanced and fell heavily. Dreamaqueen was severely checked in this incident and Lady Tandia and Thrilling Ollie took evasive action by running wide. A post race veterinary examination of My Charlston detected minor grazes not requiring a stand down from racing.
Race 10 DUAL CODE HERE 22 MARCH - C3/4 - 457 Charlston State was slow to begin. Bailed Out stumbled at the start and lost 2 lengths. Entering the first turn general tightening and a chain reaction of interference resulted in checks of varying degrees to all runners.
