Judicial report: Weather: Fine Licenced Trainer Mr D W Mathews was charged with a breach of Rule 69 11 in that he presented the greyhound Supe Deal drawn to start in race number nine 1.3 kg's under this greyhounds last race weight of 38.5 kg's at the Waikato G R C meeting on the 22/02/07. Mr Mathews representative admitted the breach of this rule and a fine of $50.00 was imposed in this instance.
Licensed handler Mrs Barbara Craik was given a first and final warning under the provisions of Rule 68 6 for being late for presentation of the greyhound Thrilling Dane in race 10.

Race 1	PUTT AROUND THE ROCKS SPRINT - C0 - 318	That Bloke was the slowest to begin. After the start Kaipai Roco and Mohican Harry came together with Black Mitzi being denied clear racing room in this incident. Racing into the turn out of the back straight Lunar Sands was galloped on from behind by Brother Badger with both of these runners being checked Kapai Roco and That Bloke were also checked following this interferance.
Race 2	WWW.EXPOSURES.CO.NZ-WEBSITE HOSTING SPRINT - C1 - 318	This race was delayed 4 minutes at the request of the TAB. Waitak Thunder and Distinctly Roys were the slowest to begin. after the start Nancy's Wish ran inwards and in doingf so checked itself, New Clear Power and Waitak Thunder. As the field raced into the turn out of the back straight Nancys Wish ran inwards and contacted Waitak Thunder this runner being badly checked in this incident, Waitak Thunder dropped back after this incident and checked both Maggie Jay and Distinctly Roys. Around the turn New Clear Power ran out and contacted Maggie Jay with both of these runners being checked . Race 3	LECTRO HAIR & BEAUTY STAKES - C0 - 527	Monganui Miss and Galactico were the slowest to begin Racing into the turn out of the back straight Electrostatic checked off the heels of Gatlin Ghost, Mongonui Miss raced wide arpound this turn. Elite Fitness ( L Nixon) Right Ear Problem. Rule 64 13 10 days to and including 20 03 07 Late Scratching.
Race 4	CAROL'S TABS' SPRINT FINAL - C1f - 318	After the start Elite Paradise ran outwards and contacted Thrilling Audi, this runner being pushed into the path of Forever Running. Thrilling Audi after this incident ran inwards and made contact with Gold Foot which was badly checked, Gold Foot then dropped back into the path of Elite Paradise which was checked also. As the field raced into the turn out of the back straight Selkcahs Legend and Crowded House came together for a stride. Creek Diamond ( D M Smith) Club Scratching. Grading Error. Late Scratching.
Race 5	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS STAKES FINAL - C1f - 527	Thrilling Sunny , Dark Zephyr and Certainly were the slowest to begin. After the start Dark Zephyr ran outwards and checked itself and El Doo when both of these runners made contact. As the field raced into the first turn Ashbourne Falcon ran inwards and contacted El Doo both of these runners were checked in this incident. Thrilling Syd ( K Walsh) Stood Down. Ex Auckland 04 03 07.
Race 6	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING SPRINT FINAL - C2f - 318	After the start Ray Reeb ran inwards and in doing so dicatated the line of several runners Ray Reeb squeezed Got Hope, Spring Bundy, Fancy lee and Miss Macsteele with all of these runners being checked in this incident.
Race 7	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS STAKES FINAL - C2f - 527	Owney Joe Tarr and Kaimai Gold were the slowest to begin. After the start Dream On Cyrus and That Girl came together for a stride and were checked, following this incident That Girl then ran out and contacted Sweet Teddy which was checked for a stride. Remo Blaster was denied clear racing room and was checked when That Girl dropped back. As the field raced around the first turn Sweet Teddy came out and contacted Owney Joe Tarr this runner then contacted Kaimai Gold for a stride.
Race 8	WWW.AGRC.CO.NZ SPRINT - C2/3 - 318	Nutty Squirrel was the slowest to begin. As the field raced into the turn out of the back straight Charlston Chill ran inwards and checked itself when this runner made contact with Marble Nugget, Marble Nugget dropped back sharply after this incident and checked Friendly Virus. Nutty Squirrel was checked when Friendly Virus stopped sharply. A post race veterinary examination of Friendly Virus revealed that this runner suffered a dislocated right hock, Friendly Virus was Euthanased. Friendly Virus ( G. C. Calverley) Dislocated Right Hock. Euthanasia.
Race 9	OXYSHOT NEW ZEALAND SPRINT - C4 - 318	Deadlock was the slowest to begin. All clear.
Race 10	'WE RACE SUNDAY 18TH MARCH STAKES' - C1/2 - 527	Homebush Stella was the slowest to begin. After the start Angel Of Harlem ran outwards and Elle Virus ran inwards checks were caused to Call Me Loyal and Homebush Stella as the result of this incident. As the field raced around the home bend Elle Virus came out forcing Tempest Lass into the path of Bold Jenni which was badly checked. Our Freddie( D. W. Mathews.)
