J & J Tapiki the Trainers of BIGTIME JIM were fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.5 kilograms overweight.

Race 9 | RUSH HIRE - C2 - 305 | DUSTY'S DIAMOND was a late scratching after 7.30 due to the Trainer believing the dog was suffering from some pain in a hind leg. DUSTY'S DIAMOND was presented to the raceday Vet who could not detect any injury and as a result it was considered to be a scratching without valid reason and DUSTY'S DIAMOND was stood down for 28 days. No charges were preferred against the Trainer L.Fornasiere on this occasion but she was spoken to advisedly by the Steward in Charge.
