Judicial report: Weather: fine Stewards have completed their inquiry opened on the 1.02.07 into the circumstances surrounding the withdrawl of Baxters General (J T McInerney) from race two at the Tokoroa G R C meeting on that day.
Having considered all relevant information and applicable rules no further action will be taken.

Race 1	HAMILTON DISTANCE - C0d - 630	Riconiak was slow to leave the boxes. Riconiak got pushed wide on the first turn and caused the dog to lose a lot of ground thereafter finishing well back. Virtuoso was checked by the veterinary surgeon and found to have a torn pad requiring a 7 day standown. Virtuoso(P W Cleaver) Left Hind Main Pad Torn Rule 82.1, 7 days standown to an including 14.02.07.
Race 2	MATANGI MAIDEN HEAT 1 - C0q - 457 Heat 1	Home Loan Blues and Deadly Prince where the slowest away. At the start Satsuma came out and made contact with Dance Judge and squeezing Home Land Blues back also hampered Intention Known for a couple of strides. Coming up to the first turn Deadly Prince had to check back off heels when trying to improve. .
Race 3	DINSDALE DASH - C0 - 375	Gold Foot and Moon Rockert where slow away. Entering the first turn King Joker had to check back of heels as Kapai Roco raced around it towards the rail. Rain Bell and Gold Foot raced wide around the top bend into the straight as they tried to clear King Joker who was racing wide. Coruba Creek was scratched with an injury to a hock .the dog was not presented and no vet cert supplied so has been given a 28 day standown. . Coruba Creek (G R Farrell) injury to hock dog not presented no vet cert Rule 64.14, 28 day standown to an including 6.03.07.
Race 4	MATANGI MAIDEN HEAT 2 - C0q - 457 Heat 1	Rialto Gun and Thrilling Riddle came together at the start. Soon after the start Rialto Gun and Mundays Thunder came together for a few strides causing Thrilling Riddle to be squeezed back and Mundays Thunder and Thrilling Riddle to both be checked. Entering the first turn Blue Twirl had to check back as it tried to go between Lady Dot and Thrilling Riddle as they changed ground towards the rail. Nochipin Me was scratched injury to (Right Tensor Faseia) a 5 day standown was given, dog was presented. . Nochipin Me (L Nixon) dog was presented Rule 64.13, 5 day standown to an inccluding 11.02.07.( Right Tensor Fasia lateral inside Strain.) .
Race 5	TAMAHERE SPRINT - C1 - 375	Morshan Rocket and Rialto Mission got pushed out wide around the top bend with Rialto Rocket recovering well to run second. Thirty or so metres into the home straight Dream On Cyrus cannoned into El Doo as it went to go past to make a run. .
Race 6	HAUTAPU STAKES - C1/2 - 457	At the start Barramundi Flex, Ashbourne Falcon, Hot Dickadee came together on leaving the boxes as did Elle Virus, Bigtime Fox Trot and Bigtime Snowie. On entering the first turn Hot Dickadee, Bigtime Fox Trot and Charlston Zoom all came together jostling each other for several strides with Ashbourne Falcon getting bumped in trying to clear these dogs. About 50 metres into the home straight Hot Dickadee, Barramundi Flex and Our Freddie where racing in tight quarters as Hot Dickadee was clearing these runners. .
Race 7	TAUWHARE SPRINT - C1 - 375	Ryans Thunder and Maggy Jay came together at the start. Lily Longlegs raced wide around the top bend after having to check back off heels of the dogs in front of her when looking for racing room. .
Race 8	COMMITTEE STAKES - C3 - 457	Nitro Billy hampered Heza Penske for a stide as they entered the first turn. Heza Penske checked Richfield Reason for a couple of strides as they straightened for the run in.
Race 9	RACEWAY SPRINT - C5 - 375	Massachusetts was the slowest away. Entering the first turn the field where tightly packed and Prince Flex and Ivan Evans needed to take evasive action and check back, at the same time End Zone (fav) was pushing through the field on the rail, Spring Storm was racing around the field trying to get in closer to the fence, and this caused the whole field to get checks of varying degrees for about 35 metres. From this point on Ivan Evans was forced to race wide around the top bend into the straight losing all chance. .
Race 10	SUPERIOR CHUNKY DOG ROLL STAKES - C4/5 - 457	Just Winsome and Thrilling Buzz where slow to begin. Soon after the start Sea Drifter and Micki came together for several strides. Again on entering the first turn Sea dreamer and Micki came together for several strides as Micki (fav & winner) was trying to get across to find racing room. .
Race 11	BRUNTWOOD SPRINT - C2 - 375	Jacki Flex was slow away. The field packed up as they entered the first turn causing Big Archie and Leslies Pearl to come together at that point Santas Prince and Montana Monarch received checks in trying to clear the dogs in front of them,Jacki Flex received a bump at this stage and Spring Bundy both these dogs where then forced to race wide around the top bend into the straight.
Race 12	RAGLAN DASH - C5 - 375	Wizelee (fav) was the slowest away. Bronx Appeal came together with Wizelee at the start. Soon after the start there was tighting from the three outside box draw dogs who came together for a couple of strides resulting in Fancy Bonnie getting squeezed back. As the dogs started on the top bend Fancy Bonnie, Dynamic Keroma and Winsome State where carted very wide at this point as Bronx Appeal came out of the fence looking for racing room.
Race 13	T.A.B. PUMP & AUTOMOTIVE SPRINT - C4 - 375	Suissa, Gentle Lee and Coruba Rush where slow to begin. Entering the first turn Stately conquest raced around the field looking for the the rail and checked Maxines Beauty who inturn went back on Rothvale Reason who almost went down on his nose and causing him to lose all chance , Gentle Lee, Thrilling Neo andCoruba Rush where forced to race wide around the top bend in trying to clear this incident.
Race 14	RACING WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 14 @ 4PM - C2/3 - 375	At the start Togetherness jumped across and hampered Mr Miargi slightly. as they entered the first turn Best Place was checked by Mr Miargi as that dog was looking to change ground also Togetherness and Thrilling Power(fav) where crossing to the rail resulting in Hypo Lomu being checked back at this point
