Judicial report: Weather: fine The Stewards spoke advisedly to handler Mr. D Bullock re the Dress Code, required at Auckland.
Licenced Trainer Mr. L P Joyce was given an official warning under the provisions of Rule 68 6 with regard to being late for kenneling
The Stewards noted that there were no reported Pad, injuries following this meeting
Race Number Two. Night Nugget ( K Toomer ) was ordered to complete a satisfactory trial, under the provisions of Rule 81 prior to this runner being nominated for future racing

Race 1	WWW.AGRC.CO.NZ DASH - C0 - 318	Riddle Inn and Feng Shui were slow to begin As the field approached the first bend That Bloke ran out and contacted Thrilling Ace both these runners suffered checks in this incident. Thrilling Banjo dropped back sharply after checking off the heels of That Bloke when this runner dropped back sharply Riddle Inn and Rosetta came together on the home turn for a stride. A post race Vet check of Rosetta found this runner to be suffering from Bilateral Hip Pain and Right Fore Sesamoid Pain requiring a 14 day stand down from racing. Race 2	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS DASH - C1 - 318	Night Nugget was very slow to begin and tailed the field for the entire race a post race vet examination was ordered on this runner which found no abnormality however The Stewards ordered this runner to comlete a satisfactory trial under the provisions of rule 81. After the start Kapai Rita ran out and dictated the line of Hosannas Return forcing this runner to race wider on the track. Hosannas Return and Spyridon Louis came together for a stride as the field swung for home. Catch A Virus ( G Calverley) Ex Auckland 14 01 07. El Doo ( L Nixon ) L Hind Main Pad Graze Dog presented Vet Certificate Supplied Rule 64 13 14 days to and including 28 01 07. Race 4	CAROL'S TABS' DASH - C4 - 318	Super Deal jumped very awkwardly and went down on its hind quarters at the start. Racing into the turn out of the back straight Full Of Flare cut inwards to the rail and contacted Positive Force both these runners were checked in this incident. Following this incident Positive Force came out and checked Ash's Assassin which was forced wider on the track Ash's Assassin then forced Mood Swinger and Mr.Miagi wider on the track around the bend. Kylie's Dilema ( S P Clark) Right fore & L Hind Pad grazes Dog Presented Vet Certificate Supplied Rule 64 13 7 days to and including 22 01 07.
Race 5	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL (NZ) LTD DASH - C2 - 318	After the start Thrilling Spice ran in and contacted Homebush Lee both these runners were checked in this incident. Jacki Flex ran out after the start and severly checked Mrs Goodley which ran out of room because of the inward movement of Thrilling Spice and Homebush Lee. Tahuna Teazer ran out after the start in the run to the first turn and contacted Got Hope on two occasions checking this runner. Got Hope dropped back after this incident and in doing so checked Mrs Goodley.
Race 6	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS STAKES - C2/3 - 527	All Clear Nothing to report. Killer Touch ( L Nixon) left main Pad Graze Dog Presented Vet Certificate Supplied Rule 64 13 10 days to and including 24 01 07. Major Conquest ( S P Clark ) Ex Auckland 14 01 07 Secret Teddy ( R P O'Regan Dog Uthanased Fractured Hock. Rowland Reason ( T A Green) Left Hock Strain Vet Certificate Supplied Rule 64 12. 21 days to and including 04 02 07 Thrilling Mac ( K Walsh) Abrasions to main pads left and right fore pads Vet Certificate supplied Rule 64 12 10 days to and including 25 01 07 . Race 7	OXYSHOT NEW ZEALAND DASH - C5 - 318	Mac Mcleod and Rothvale Reason were the slowest to begin. As the field raced into the turn out of the back straight Flash Shooter ran inwards to the rail and caused a slight check to Tarrah, this runner being checked again when Rhani Reason came in as the field raced around the bend out of the back straight. A post race vet check carried out on Who Nose found no abnormalities. Race 8	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING MAIDEN DISTANCE FEATURE - C0d - 603	Criteria was the slowest to begin. As the field raced into the first turn Royal Tap ran out and contacted Dancing Banshee both of these runners suffered checks in this incident.After the start Massachusetts ran inwards to get to the rail and in doing so contacted Riconiak both of these runners were checked in this incident. As the field raced around the turn out of the home straight Royal Tap and Dancing Banshee came in and contacted Criteria checking this runner. As the field progressed around this bend Riconiak came in checking itself and Tent Top, when these runners made contact.

Race 10	'WE RACE SUNDAY 4TH FEBRUARY' DASH - C3 - 318	Miss Macsteele and Role Model were slow to begin with Role Model being very slow this runner settling in last position. Stacey's Way ran inwards after the start and contacted Talkabout That with both of these runners suffering checks. Race 11	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL SIX PACK STAKES - C1 - 527	Kaimai Belle and Surf It Up were the slowest to begin. After the start Surf It Up ran inwards and checked itself when this runner contacted Romano Reason. Romano Reason was then contacted by Surf It Up with both of these runners suffering checks.
