Judicial report: Weather: Fine Race 6. Catcher, T.A.Green was issued with a first and Final Warning under Rule 71.4 for not fulfilling his obligation to catch Sea Drifter (R.J.M.Smith) at the conclusion of this race.

Race 8. Handler, D.Caddy was issued with an Official Warning under Rule 71.2 for being late reporting to the kennels at the appointed time for the pre race preparation of Charlston Chill (D.D.Schofield).

Race 1 CAROL'S TABS' STAKES - C0 - 527 Feng Shui, Miss Summer Rose and Token Enforcer were the slowest to begin. Bigtime Snowie, Token Enforcer and Feng Shui raced wide around the first turn. Our Hannah moved to a wide running position in the back straight and hampered Token Forcer when doing so. Leaving the back straight Ramrod Reason, Lady Dot and Miss Summer Rose came together with Lady Dot and Miss Summer Rose being severely checked and losing several lengths. A post race veterinary examination of Miss Summer Rose detected an injury requiring a 10 day stand down from racing. Miss Summer Rose (D.M.Smith). Cut to left stifle. Rule 82.1. 10 days to and including 12.12.06.
Race 2 PUTT AROUND THE ROCKS DASH - C1 - 318 Kapai Rua was the slowest to begin. Got Hope, Santas Awesome and Trendy Jill came together at the start and were all checked with Santas Awesome then running inwards and severely checking itself, Astro Sharrie, Ashbourne Falcon, Winsome Gypsy and Kapai Rua. Astro Sharrie raced wide around the first turn and never improved thereafter finishing last. Trendy Jill was handy but racing very wide throughout prior to fading in the home straight to finish 6th.
Race 3 LION FOUNDATIONS DASH - C4 - 318 Mr Miargi was the slowest to begin. Entering the first turn Final Objective and Wild Kentucky came together suffering slight checks and in the resulting interference Don Paulie, Mr Miargi and Deadlock were also checked. Final Objective and Deadlock came together for a stride on the bend.
Race 4 EXCITE ABILITY STAKES - C2/3 - 527 Killer Touch was slow to begin. Entering the first turn general tightening resulted in checks to Raheny Reason, Kaimai Gold and What Appeal. Killer Touch moved to the rail in the back straight when racing 5th and checked What Appeal. Homebush Elvy (P.B.Freeman).Left fore wrist tendon injury. No veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.14. 28 days to and including 28.12.06.
Race 5 JACK'S WHOLESALE MEAT DASH - C5 - 318 Super Deal, Commands and Who Nose were the slowest to begin. General tightening after 35 mtrs resulted in severe checks to the entire field except for Stooge (winner). Entering the first turn Commands and Flash Shooter came together for a stride with both being checked slightly. At the same time Tarrah and Hostile Arch came together and were checked when racing at the rear of the field.
Race 6 BIG SAM JUNIOR STAKES - C4/5 - 527 Zambora Kezman, Bronx Appeal and Touch Of Smokey were the slowest to begin then came together with all three runners being severely checked. Sea Drifter ran inwards after 25 mtrs and severely checked itself, Touch Of Smokey, Bronx Appeal and Zambora Kezman. Entering the first turn Zambora Kezman contacted the running rail then clipped the heels of Bronx Appeal with both being severely checked. A post race veterinary examination of Bronx Appeal detected an injury requiring a 10 day stand down from racing. Bronx Appeal (D.D.Schofield). Wound over right gastroc tendon. Rule 82.1. 10 days to and including 12.12.06.
Race 7 COMMERCIAL PLUMBING LTD DISTANCE FEATURE - C0d - 603 Sable Raeder was the slowest to begin. Maximum ran outwards sharply on the first turn and severely checked Take The Micky. This interference was repeated on the turn out of the home straight. A post race veterinary examination of Take The Micky detected an injury requiring a 30 day stand down from racing. Take The Micky (G.B.Darcy). Cuts to left fore toes. Rule 82.1. 30 days to and including 01.01.07.
Race 8 MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C2/3 - 318 Jacki Flex was slowest to begin and was always midfield thereafter. Movie Man, Big Archie and Thrilling Kelly came together for a stride after 25 mtrs and were checked slightly. Big Archie and Movie Man came together entering the first turn with both being checked slightly. San Shin (D.L.Annette). Late scratching. Injured right front dew claw. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 68.26. 10 days to and including 12.12.06.
Race 9 WWW.AGRC.CO.NZ DASH - C2 - 318 Ray Reeb, Thrilling Spice, Talkabout That and Catch Caddy were the slowest to begin. Thrilling Spice and Talkabout That came together after 40 mtrs with both being severely checked. On the home turn Leslies Pearl tried to move inwards across the path of Ray Reeb but was bumped outwards by that runner and severely checked as a result. Leslies Pearl then rebounded outwards and severely checked Thrilling Spice.
Race 10 THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL 6 PAK STAKES - C1 - 527 Hoksilato, Romano Reason, Angel Of Harlem and Selkcahs Legend were the slowest to begin. Selkcahs Legend ran inwards on entering the first turn and severely checked itself and Barramundi Flex. Bold Jenni (M.J.Lozell). Grazed left hind main pad. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days to and including 10.12.06.
