Judicial report: Weather: Cloudy S.Clark the Trainer of UNO A WHISPER was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.2 kilograms overweight. ( 1st offence )
J.Cole the Trainer of TIME TO REMEMBER was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.6 kilograms overweight. ( 1st offence )
N. Clark was fined $ 25-00 under Rule 89.1 when he was late to kennel THRILLING DIESEL
S.Gommans the Trainer of UNO JEANO was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms overweight. ( 2nd offence ).
W.T.Hodgson was fined $ 25-00 for a breach of Rule 88.1 o when late to retrieve his dog CRYSTAL LESSON from the kennels.

Race 1 WELLINGTON HOUNDS @ HATRICK - C4 - 305 BOSSY ACE and JESTA LARRIKIN bumped together several times early in the race and were back at the rear on the first corner. ILLEGITIMATE collided with the hind quarters of LADY CHASE and lost ground on the bend.
Race 2 SPICERS PAPER 6 PACK - C1 - 520 One of the favourites CENTRAL RAIDER was away well enough but was checked on the first turn, went back to near the rear and never recovered finishing in 2nd last place. THRILLING MYNA moved out on the first corner and bumped LESHITA who was pushed wide and tailed the field home from there.
Race 3 PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C3 - 520 THRILLING CLASS was checked on the first corner, ran very wide on the bend and dropped back to near the rear but then recovered to run 2nd. HILLYS TIP was handy until the final bend but faded out quickly to finish near the rear. He was examined by theVet and cleared of injury.
Race 4 TOTAL BODY SHOP - C3 - 305 JUSTA DRIP was slow to begin and lost 4 lengths. EXODUS, TEDDY TYLER and OROUA ROCKER were checked on the first corner, lost several lengths and filled the last three places at the finish.
Race 5 ACCSYS FOR QUICKBOOKS - C1/2 - 520 JENS LASS was tightened between runners on the first corner, went back to last and stayed well back to the finish. DANCING BANSHEE was also checked in the incident and ran wide on the first bend but then recovered to make up ground for 4th placing. HARDERN THIRST B & L Craik Rule 64 Has a hock injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 26.12.06.
Race 6 BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS - C4 - 520 KIWI ASSASSIN was tightened as outside runners moved across in the race to the first corner and he lost several lengths. TIME TO REMEMBER J.Cole Rule 64.10 In a seasonal condition and stood down for 28 days to and including 27.12.06.
Race 7 CAMBRIDGE HOTEL WELLINGTON - C5 - 305 All clear.
Race 8 UPPER VALLEY PANEL - C4/5 - 520 SEXY ASSASSIN ran in from the start and jostled HIGH ACE, END ZONE and BIGTIME JULIE for a few strides with END ZONE dropping back to last place and he finished in that position.
Race 9 EXCHANGE HOTEL - LOWER HUTT - C5 - 305 On the first corner THRILLING MIKE, SHIFNAL CHIEF, SEXY DELIGHT and BIGTIME STORM bumped together and THRILLING MIKE fell while the other three lost all chance and tailed the other runners home. THRILLING MIKE was examined by the Vet and was found to have suffered general bruising and was stood down for 5 days. THRILLING MIKE D.Parata Rule 82 Fell and suffered bruising and was stood down for 5 days to and including 04.12.06.
Race 10 EL CHEAPO CARS - C3 - 305 The start was delayed by 2 minutes when CRYSTAL LESSON was late to the start. The Trainer W.T.Hodgson was fined $ 25-00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 88.1 o. ALI PHOENIX was slow to begin and tailed the field throughout the race.
Race 11 SPEIGHTS ALE HOUSE - PETONE - C2 - 305 DILANA was very slow to begin and lost several lengths and all chance. It was suspected the dog had turned in the box but this could not be confirmed.
