Judicial report: Weather: Fine / warm. Race 1. Following no injury detected and discussion with the Trainer P.Chouinard, Roulette Reason was ordered to complete Satisfactory Trial under Rule 81 to be completed over 457 mtrs prior to nomination due to poor race performance.

Trainer G.Calverley was issued a Final Warning under Rule 68.2 due to being 3 minutes late for kenneling.

Race 5. Stewards observed that there was no 'Catcher' for Massachusetts at the conclusion of this race and questioned Trainer G.Calverley regarding the matter. It was determined that N.P.Green had undertaken to be the 'Catcher' but due to other unforeseen commitments had not fulfilled the obligation. Mr Green admitted a breach of Rule 71.4 and apologized to the Stewards. All relevant factors of the breach including a previous warning under the same Rule issued to Mr Green on 03.08.06 were considered and resulted in a fine of $50.00 being imposed.

Race 1 KARAPIRO DISTANCE - C0d - 630 Roulette Reason drifted to the rear on the first turn and never improved thereafter finishing a distant last. A post race veterinary examination of this runner detected no injury and Stewards consequently ordered this greyhound to complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to being nominated to race. Thrilling Diesel (N.A.Clark). Reserve 100 km Rule 63.10. No Penalty.
Race 2 TAMAHERE DASH - C2 - 375 Best Place moved outwards at the start and checked Homebush Lee and Autumn Angel. Entering the first turn Hardern Thirst moved outwards and Andwyn inwards causing Best Place to be tightened and drop back causing checks to Homebush Lee and Remo Blaster. Homebush Lee ran outwards on the bend and severely checked itself and Best Place. Quiver Lip (G.J.Noakes). Reserve 100 km Rule 63.10. No Penalty.
Race 3 WAIKATO RACEPIX STAKES - C1 - 457 There was no 'head on' video coverage of this race available from TAB Trackside. Big Tease was the slowest to begin. Big Tease moved outwards on the first turn and checked Kapai Rita and Spring Bundy. A post race veterinary examination of Kapai Rita detected no injury.
Race 4 NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #9 - HEAT 1 - RESq - 457 Heat 1 Homebush Bradley ran inwards at the start checking Victory Chant and inconveniencing Light Pockets. Kakama moved outwards slightly on the first turn and severely checked Fanta Claws. A post race veterinary examination of Thrilling Hubba detected no injury.
Race 5 SUPERIOR CHUNKY DOG ROLL DASH - C4 - 375 There was no 'head on' video coverage of this race available from TAB Trackside. Hypoumunga was the slowest to begin and showed little improvement thereafter finishing 5th. Plenty Of Dash and Mo Mistress came together momentarily on the home turn.
Race 6 NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #9 - HEAT 2 - RESq - 457 Heat 1 Thrilling Buzz jumped awkwardly from the boxes, lost several lengths before making up ground for 6th. Charlston Kid pulled up injured after 30 mtrs. A post race veterinary examination detected an injury requiring a 21 day stand down from racing. Nervous Wave (G.A.Cleeve). Infectious gastroenteritis. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days to and including 01.12.06. Charlston Kid (D.D.Schofield). Torn left hind caudal thigh muscle. Rule 82.1. 21 days to and including 13.12.06.
Race 7 RACEWAY SPRINT - C5 - 375 Ashbourne Boss jumped awkwardly, moved outwards and checked Super Deal which in turn moved outwards and inconvenienced Who Nose and Lady Tandia.
Race 8 NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #9 - HEAT 3 - RESq - 457 Heat 1 Homebush Luke and Hello Awesome came together at the start with both being checked. Entering the first turn Thrilling Monty and Foul Play collided with both being severely checked.
Race 9 COMMITTEE STAKES - C3 - 457 Winsome Blitz and Mood Swinger came together after 30 mtrs and then jostled vigorously until entering the first turn. Hillys Tip and Raheny Reason suffered checks during this period. Entering the first turn Lagoon Tallis moved inwards and severely checked itself and Hillys Tip. Raheny Reason ran outwards on the home turn and checked itself and Hillys Tip with these runners filling the last two placings.
Race 10 DUAL CODE HERE WEDNESDAY 29 NOV - C5 - 457 Dynamic Keroma was the slowest to begin. Entering the first turn Winsome State, Dynamic Keroma and Winsome Daisy raced in tight quarters and were all inconvenienced slightly. Cawbourne Frank (D.D.Schofield). Left gracilis injury. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 21 days to and including 12.12.06.
