Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer D Kingston was fined $50.00 under Rule 69.11 when MERCEDES HOPE weighed in 1.2 kgs above its last race weight.
Trainer HG Cairns was fined $150.00 under Rule 69.11 when CLAN BLUE weighed in 1.1kgs under its last race weight.
Trainer RP Breen was fined $50.00 under Rule 69.11 when ROCHDALE LAD weighed in 1.2 kgs above its last race weight.
Trainers AP & DD Schofield were charged under Rules 64.1, 64.2 and 88.1.a as a result of the late scratching of FREDDY MAGIC. This dog was scratched at 9.25am without a valid reason and denied a start for a reserve dog. Co trainer DD Schofield pleaded not guilty to the charge and after hearing evidence the charge was found proven and the trainers were fined the sum of $250.00 with FREDDY MAGIC being stood down for 28 days under Rule 64.5

Race 1 ADVANCE PERFORMANCE STAKES - C2 - 520 WHATA DARLING was checked into the first bend when the eventual winner ANOTHER LLOYD crossed quickly from its midfield draw. WHATA DARLING drifted throughout the race to finish last. LOUIE MCDODD (JA McMillan) water diabetes. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 21 days up to and including 11 December 2006.
Race 2 ROBBIES BAR & BISTRO SPRINT - C1 - 295 IN YOUR FACE and CASH COOKER tangled into the bend losing ground finishing midfield. CASH COOKER was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed a torn right hind toenail with a ten day stand down recommended. OUTSIDE HOYTS (AL Hart) diarrhoea. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 24 November 2006. CASH COOKER (AL Hart) right hind fifth toenail torn. Rule 82.1. 10 days up to and including 30 November 2006.
Race 3 FLAIR STAKES - C0 - 520 Into the first bend MERCEDES HOPE ran outwards severely checking KRISSY BALE with HOMEBUSH STELLA being forced wide. All three lost ground finishing well back.
Race 4 HAMPDEN TAVERN DASH - C0 - 295 LIKA CHEETAH was slow to jump settling at the rear and never improving. Into the bend ROAMING FOR GOLD checked outwards off BRIGHT GEORGE coming in contact with CLELAND GOLD, all three losing all chance finishing near the rear.
Race 5 WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ SPRINT - C1 - 295 Into the bend MULBERRY TRICK and SOMERSET BLUE tangled with SOMERSET BLUE moving outwards checking DASH DOT DASH and forcing AWESOME BROWNIE over extra ground. They filled the last four placings.
Race 6 HOUNDS & HOMES PH 03 312-1699 DASH - C0 - 295 KAYJAY NIXS came up with the lids losing all chance tailing the field home.
Race 7 WILSONS SPORTS BAR & TAB STAKES - C1 - 520 Favourite FIERY FALCON was handy to the first bend but was badly tightened on that bend dropping out to the rear. This dog also received a check when attempting to improve at the end of the back straight when KOBBLE UP checked off CLAN BLUE.
Race 8 SHIRLEY T.A.B SPRINT - C1/2 - 295 UPBEAT was very slow to jump but improved quickly and finished well to finish a close fourth. BRUNO DIABLO was checked badly when attempting to improve around a tiring MYSTERY SOLVED at the end of the back straight with these dogs filling the last two placings.
Race 9 FITZGERALD ARMS TAVERN STAKES - C1 - 520 CHILE DAN, favourite PALONE and MULBERRY CHIEF were all checked when BAXTER'S GENERAL crossed to the rail from its midfield box. Of these dogs PALONE ran on for fourth but the others all remained well back.
Race 10 DAVE ROBBIE PHOTOGRAPHER SPRINT - C1/2 - 295 Into the first bend HOMEBUSH RYAN checked TAIM BIHAIN and CLAN MISTY with JAZZMAN and JUST AWESOME being forced wide around that bend. These dogs never got into the race thereafter.
Race 11 TUESDAY PLACE PICK STAKES - C2 - 520 SOAK IT UP was the slowest to jump from the outside box. Favourite PARADISE ECHO was tightened into the first bend with BLACK SAUCE and SOAK IT UP being forced wide as a result. These dogs lost their chances in this incident.
Race 12 FASHION THIEF @ STUD SPRINT - C1 - 295 HOMEBUSH DUNCAN was very slow to jump but received a charmed rails run across the top and finished powerfully to run third. MULBERRY SNOOP received a bad check from NURSE RUBY into the bend with ANOTHER BEAUTY also receiving a bump and losing ground. These dogs all lost their chances in this incident.
Race 13 ON COURSE $8 ROAST & REFRESHMENT DASH - C3 - 295 SLAVE DRIVER was the slowest to jump settling last. TITANIC and COCONUT ICE were tightened into the bend with ROCHDALE LAD and SLAVE DRIVER being forced wide as a result. These dogs all finished well back.
Race 14 INVIEW PRINT STAKES - C3 - 520 All clear.
Race 15 ALPHA PROCESSING SPRINT - C1 - 295 WHATA ASSASSIN and CRACKER HAND tangled into the bend causing a check to BLACK FIZZER. Shortly after HOMEBUSH SQUIRT climbed off the back of NO VICES and ran outwards checking HOMEBUSH CARLIN. Just prior to the home bend an improving BLACK FIZZER tangled with HOMEBUSH SQUIRT and they continued to do so for about 40 metres losing ground.
Race 16 BARRONS SUPPLIES DASH - C4 - 295 WHATA TOWN was slow to jump but received a dream run along the rails to finish third. Into the bend AFTERNOON DELITE checked outwards off CLAN ONYX with HOMEBUSH BELLA and KOLA'S WEAPON receiving severe checks. KOLA'S WEAPON nearly fell in this incident and finished a long last. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury.
Race 17 CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP STAKES - C5 - 520 CAWBOURNE BARON was tightened into the first bend coming back on WHISKY LODGE LAD. Shortly after WHISKY LODGE LAD, CAWBOURNE BARON and EMULATE came together all losing ground and settling at the rear. FREDDY MAGIC (AP & DD Schofield) was a late scratching at 9.25am. Dog not presented. Rule 64.5. 28 days up to and including 18 December 2006.
Race 18 ADDINGTON FUNCTION CENTRE DASH - C4 - 295 The favourite THRILLING BART was last to jump but charged through the field at the first bend and carried on to win impressively. As he made ground he checked HOMEBUSH BUBBLES and GARLAND GREEN with EXPANDED and HOMEBUSH DOUG also being shunted out of the way. HOMEBUSH DOUG fell at this point with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. Shortly after the start OCTOBER PLACARD and GARLAND GREEN came together and lost ground. OCTOBER PLACARD was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed a sore shoulder with a fourteen day stand down recommended. OCTOBER PLACARD (MM Grant) sore shoulder. Rule 82.1. 14 days up to and including 4 December 2006.
Race 19 MURRAY AT REMAX PH 371-5005 STAKES - C5 - 295 END ZONE ran outwards soon after the jump tangling with favourite SURE TED with FOUR WAY DOLL and HYPO ROKOCOKO being pushed wide as a result. These dogs filled the last four placings. ELLA LEE (BC Dann) right hind second toe strain. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 21 days up to and including 9 December 2006.
Race 20 CANTERBURY DRAUGHT SIX PACK - C3/4 - 520 LIMITED IMPACT and SYDNEY HAVOC ran inwards shortly after the start tightening TE PIRITA TIGER, BILLY BAXTER and LIGHT POCKETS all of who finished well back. MICRO LITE was checked on the point of the home bend when weakening and ran last.
