Judicial report: Weather: showery Trainers A P & D D Schofiled were charged with a breach of rule 69 11 when they presented the greyhound Sweet Teddy up 1.2 KGs in weight from it's previous race weight of 25.8 KGs on the 03 11 06. The Breach of rule 69 11 was admitted and a fine of $50.00 was imposed in this instance.----
Mr Cleaver was warned for having a Greyhound on course under the provisions of Rule 67 (1) which states, No Grehound other than those drawn to compete in a race shall be allowed on the Racecourse , or Track or in the kennel area without the permission of the Steward in Charge of the Meeting.--

Race 1	STREETS ICE CREAM DASH - C0 - 318	New Clear Power and Feng Shui were the slowest to begin. After the start Midget Racer ran out and with this outward movement contacted Giggilo Gee Jay checking this runner. As the field raced into the first turn Rosetta ran inwards checking itself when this runner contacted Midget Racer which was also checked. Midget Racer was forced onto New Clear Power which was checked. Smokey Toes was checked to the rear of the field when this runner had to check off the hindquaters of Rosetta A Post race veterinary examination of Giggilo Gee Jay revealed No Abnormality. That Bloke (A Cleaver) Skin Laceration Gastrocnemius Tendon area R Hind Dog Presented.Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64 12 5 day stand daow to and including 23 11 06. Stormy Knight ( C J Derecourt ) Ex auckland 16 11 06.
Race 2	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL (NZ) LTD DASH - C5 - 318	After the start Kylies Dream ran in sharply and squeezed up Full Of Flare, Maxi The Taxi and Spring Storm with all of these runners suffering checks. Stooge ran outwards after the start as did Who Nose forcing Stooge onto Maxi The Taxi after this incident Maxi The Taxi ran out and checked Spring Storm once more. As the field raced around the turn out of the back straight Stooge had to check off the heels of Mac Mcleod and Full Of Flare.
Race 3	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING LTD STAKES - C4/5 - 527	This race was delayed by one minute at the request of the TAB. Thrilling Sassy was the slowest to begin. No further incidents in this race. Ash's Assassin ( G B Darcy) Ex Auckland 16 11 06.
Race 4	PUTT AROUND THE ROCKS STAKES - C0 - 527	Little Sod was very slow to begin. After the start Suirf It Up ran inwards and checked itself and Kaimai Belle for a stride Blue Twirl and Riconiak came together for a stride after the start. As the field raced down the back straight Riconiak cut across Blue Twirl checking this runner following this incident Mundays Thunder galloped on the hindquaters of Blue Twirl as it came back. A post race verterinary examination of Little Sod found no abnormality.
Race 5	CAROL'S TABS' SPRINT FEATURE - C2 - 318	Glenmire was very slow to begin. After the start Suitability ran in and contacted Quiver Lip with both of these runners being checked in this incident. Andwyn ran in after the start and checked itself Glenmire and Suitability, Quiver Lip then ran out and checked Suitability once more. As the field raced into the turn out of the back straightSuitability ran inwards and checked Glenmire once more. Glenmire suffered a further check when Hardern Thirst tried to get through a gap on the rail
Race 6	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C3 - 318	Racing down the back straight Charlston Chill came in and checked Movie Man which dropped back and checked Mallee Jack . Hopplar ( N P Green) Nail Pulled Plus Infected Nail Bed R.F. Digit 2.Dog presented Vet certificate supplied Rule 68 26 10 days stand down to and including 28 11 06 Late Scratching. San Shin ( D L Annette) R Long Head Triceps Muscle Damage Dog presented. Vet certificate supplied Rule 64 12 10 days stand down to and including 28 11 06.
Race 7	WWW.EXPOSURES.CO.NZ - C1 - 527	Thrilling Mac was the slowest to begin. As the field swung for home Thrilling Mac pushed up on the inside of Selkcahs Legend ( leader ) forcing Selkcahs Legend wider on the track. Certainly ( L Nixon) In Season. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64 9 28 day stand down to and including 16 12 06 Late Scratching.
Race 8	CENTURY FOUNDATION DASH - C1 - 318	This race delayed two minutes at the request of the TAB After the start Got Hope ran inwards making contact with Distinctly Roys, Incidious and Spyridon Louis these four runners were checked in this incident. As the field raced into the first turn Astro Sharrie ran out and Spyridon Louis ran in both these runners making contact with each other and being checked Hosannas Return was between these runners and suffered a severe check in this incident both Astro Sharrie and Hosannas Return dropped to the rear of the field and finished at the rear. Catch A Virus ( G Calverley) Dog not presented Rule 64 14 28 days stand down to and including 15 12 06.
Race 9	WWW.ARGC.CO.NZ DASH - C4 - 318	Rock It Hound was slow to begin having jumped awkwardly After the start Hypoumunga ran in checking itself Tarrah and Positive Force. Tarrah was badly checked in this incident. Positive Force ran inwards as the field raced into the turn out of the back straight and checked Rock It Hound. A post race veterinary examination of Rock It Hound found no abnormality with this runner. Noble Osti ( G Calverley) Ex Auckland 16 11 06.
Race 10	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL SIX PACK STAKES - C2/3 - 527	Killer Touch was the slowest to begin. Racing into the first turn Tempest Lass and Kaimai Gold made contact with both these runners being checked . Take The Micky at this point of the race was racing around Kaimai Gold and as the result of the previous interferance Take The Micky was checked when racing around the first turn. Fats Domino ( A P & D D Schofield) Left Hind Toe infection Vet certificate supplied Rule 64 12 10 day stand down to and including 25 11 06.
