| Race 2 | WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ SPRINT - C2 - 295 | JEMALONG EASTERN drifted to the rear soon after the jump. POTENTIAL ROGUE ran outwards after jumping tightening IMA LLOYDIE who was checked. Into the bend JAZZMAN, TAIM BIHAIN and RAILS BOOKMAKER cme together with RAILS BOOKMAKER almost falling. He finished last and was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss. |
| Race 3 | HOUNDS 4 HOMES PH 03-312-1699 DASH - C0 - 295 | Into the bend HEAPS HECTIC was tightened against the rail before checking outwards onto BOTOX BARBIE and PAREORA LASS, all three sustaining bad checks. That resulted in checks also to a trailing ATOZEE, NURSE RUBY and CLELAND GOLD with TE PIRITA PANTHA moving outwards to avoid the skirmish. That left HOMEBUSH ROWAN in the clear she running away to win easily. HEAPS HECTIC was subject to a post veterinary check with no injury detected. |
| Race 4 | FITZGERALD ARMS TAVERN STAKES - C1 - 520 | BAXTER'S BOY ran out after jumping before clipping the heels of WHATA ASSASSIN and falling heavily. He regained his feet and chased the field before pulling up in the back straight and jumping into the infield. He didn't complete the event and was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed left groin and general soreness with a seven day stand down recommended. KOBBLE UP was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed right fore carpal pain with a ten day stand down recommended. KOBBLE UP (JT McInerney) right fore carpal pain. | Race 5 | APACHE LODGE SPRINT - C0 - 295 | Soon after the jump GOLD DOT moved outwards checking ANOTHER PRIDE who was hit by a trailing FIVE SPEED AUTO resulting in ANOTHER PRIDE falling heavily. He regained his feet to finish the event. Post race veterinary checks on ANOTHER PRIDE and FIVE SPEED AUTO revealed no injury to either dog. |

| Race 7 | DAVE ROBBIE PHOTOGRAPHER DASH - C1 - 295 | Soon after the jump JESSIE BLUE ran inwards and HOMEBUSH DUNCAN ran outwards resulting in these dogs and WHERES YABREEKS being checked. HOMEBUSH DUNCAN retained its midfield placing but JESSIE BLUE and WHERES YABREEKS lost a lot of ground settling at the rear. WHERES YABREEKS ran on nicely to finish fifth. | Race 8 | TRACKSIDE DINING PH 338-6145 STAKES - C1 - 520 | ANOTHER LLOYD was slow from the outside box. Into the first bend COUGARS CRUZIN was checked from general tightening moving out onto ANOTHER LLOYD who came in contact with CHILE DAN. These three settled at the rear never improving during the running. COUGARS CRUZIN was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed grazing to the right forearm with a five day stand down recommended. COUGARS CRUZIN (C Mitchell) grazing to right forearm. Soon after the jump LADY MAUREEN ran outwards tightening HIDDEN SECRET and LAGOON TALLIS who both lost ground. HIDDEN SEC`RETS ran on strongly for second with LAGOON TALLIS finishing sixth.
