Judicial report: Weather: fine An objection was filed with the Stewards from Licenced Trainer Mr. R P O'Regan on behalf of owner Mr. G Harding in accordance with Rules 91.c and 91 2 of the Greyhound Racing Rules of Racing effective from 1st January 2006.
The relavant fee of $25.00 was received at 5.13 pm on the 29-09-06.
The reason for this objection was the inclusion of American Bound, Glycos Gift and That Bloke in the initial starting field ahead of Thrilling Finch the reserve dog in Race 1 of the Auckland Greyhound Racing Club's meeting of 29th September 2006
The Stewards opened the hearing under the provisions of Rule 38 1 (b). and ajourned this hearing to a date and time to be set.
Licenced Trainer Mr. S C Mann was spoken too advisedly regarding the expected dress code when parading dogs to the starting boxes.

Shortly after the star Thrilling Finch ran in and made contact with Riddle Inn cheching itself and Riddle Inn. Also after the jump Thrilling Storm ran out and checked itself and That Bloke. A post race Vet check on Royal Flair was called for and no injuries were detected Glycos Gift (M H Knight) In Season Vet Certificate supplied Late Scratching Rule 64 10. 28 days to and including 20- 09- 06 That Girl Ex Waikato 27-09-06
Race 2	LECTRO HAIR & BEAUTY DASH - C1 - 318	Distinctly Roys was very slow to begin. Racing into the first turn Night Nugget ran in and checked itself and Thrilling John both of these runners dropped off the pace quickly after this incident.
Race 3	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL (NZ) DASH - C1 - 318	Andwyn and Nutty Squirrel were both slow to begin. At the start Mrs Goodley jumped awkwardly. After the field jumped Lily Longlegs ran out and checked itself and Nikkie. Entering the first turn Smart Zac and Mrs Goodley were jostling for several strides with Mrs Goodley crossing to the rail. Race 4	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL SIX PACK - C4/5 - 527	Richfield Reason and Ridley Reason were the slowest to begin. All Clear. Dynamic Keroma (B & L Craik) Conjunctivitis, Kennel Cough vet certificate supplied Rule 64 14, 28 days to and including 26-10-06------------
Race 5	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS SPRINT FEATURE - C2 - 318	Best Place was the slowest to begin. Maximum ran out after the start and checked itself and Ashbourne Boss. After the start Quiver Lip ran out and checked itself and Gunna Flex.
Race 6	CAROL'S TABS' STAKES - C1 - 527	Gatlin Breeze was the slowest to begin. Racing into the first turn Ivals Folly ran out and made contact with Elite Paradise which was pushed out to make contact with Trendy Time. Trendy Time dropped back sharply following this interferance. As the field swung for home Elit Paradise came together with Thrilling Ben for a stride.
Race 7	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #5 SPRINT FINAL - RESf - 318	Big Archie and Mr. Miagi were slow to begin. After the start Thrilling Lucy ran inwards and Comical Ali ran outwards both these runners being checked Don Paulie was racing between these runners and ran out of room crashing heavily to the track. Mr. Miagi had to hurdle the fallen Don Paulie, Mr Miagi being checked in this incident As the field raced around the home turn Comical Ali ran outwards checking itself and Thrilling Lucy. Post race vet checks to Don Paulie, Mr. Miagi and Foreign Diplomat were ordered. Mr. Miagi no injury detected. Don Paulie longissimus Muscle injury 28 day stand down Foreign Diplomat Right front leg lacerations 14 day stand down. Mac Mcleod (G R Farrell) Flexor Tendon Injury right front. Vet Certificate Supplied Rule 64 13, 14 days stand down to and including 12 10 06. Big Time Explorer (L J Ahern) Prolonged Kennel Cough Rule 64 12. 10 days stand down to and including 06 10 06. Don Paulie (N P Green)Longissimus muscle injury Rule 82 1. 28 days to and including 26-10-06. Foreign Diplomat (B & L Craik) Right Front Leg lacerations. Rule 82 1. 14 days to and including 12-10-06.
Race 8	PUTT AROUND THE ROCKS DASH - C4 - 318	Hypoumunga, Wild Kentucky, Movie Man and Rhani Reason were the slowest to begin. After the start Bailed Out ran outwards and Rhani Reason ran inwards with both of these runners being checked when they came together. Wild Kentucky received a severe check in this incident as it was in tight quarters between Bailed Out and Rhani Reason. Johnny contacted Bailed Out after the above incident with both of these runners being checked. A post race veterinary examination of Wild Kentucky detected lacerations to this runners left hind leg requiring a 14 day stand down from racing. Wild Kentucky(N P Green) Lacerations to right hind leg Rule 82 1. 14 days to and including 12-10-06.
Race 9	OXYSHOT NEW ZEALAND STAKES - C2/3 - 527	Killer Touch was very slow to begin. Racing into the first turn San Shin had to check off the heels of Zambora Kezman, San Shin then ran out and checked itself and This Time Boots. Racing into the first turn Thrilling Class was racing between Roulette Reason and Killer Touch in this incident Killer Touch was pushed outwards and made contact with San Shin which inturn contacted This Time Boots with all three runners suffering checks. Thrilling Zoe ( K Walsh) Sprained type 1 Trapezius muscle Vet certificate supplied. Rule 64 12. 14 days stand down to and including 12-10-06.
Race 10	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING LTD DASH - C5 - 318	Nova Keroma, Charlston Ghost, Delta Belle and Deadlock were the slowest to begin. After the start Kylie's Dilema ran inwards and Charlston Ghost ran outwards both these runners contacting each other being checked, Delta Belle was also checked in this incident being tightend for room between these runners.Just prior to the turn out of the straight Deadlock came out checking itself and Charlston Ghost Turning for home Kylie's Dilema ran outwards and checked itself and Charlston Ghost. Full Of Flare (G R Farrell) Injury to right hind claw. Vet certificate supplied Rule 64 13. 14 days stand down to and including 12-10-06.
