Into the corner HOMEBUSH ROWAN ran out when leading forcing CLASSICAL GAS wide, allowing an improving WHATA ASSASSIN to rail under them to take the lead which he never relinquished. Soon after ELLE VIRUS struck TILLEY FLYNN'S hindquarters, she falling as a result. She regained her feet and finished the race. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. |

Into the corner HEEZA FREE checked out off TEA POT as he drove to the rail, HEEZA FREE running wide and taking HOMEBUSH MARK with her. Both lost all chance. NOT A WHATA (MJ Flipp) kennel cough. Soon after the favourite THRILLING FLAME was tightened by the winner SMART WAY, checking outwards as a result and colliding with an improving HOMEBUSH JOY. ANOTHER PRIDE who was also improving at this point struck SMART WAY and lost ground. TO CASUAL ran on late for third. UPBEAT (MJ Flipp) was a late scratching at kennelling with kennel cough. | Race 7 | WWW.SOUTHLANGREYHOUNDS.CO.NZ - C1 - 390 | Into the corner HEEZ BACK IN was squeezed between BOMBER BELLE and NICCA NOTCH when vying for the lead. She came back on NGAWI BAY with DENDON and OLD JOE being forced wide to avoid the skirmish. They finished near the rear. Halfway down the home straight BOMBER BELLE was tightened between the placegetters WIZELEE and NICCA NOTCH to finish fifth. | Race 11 | S & G STAMINA PLUS - C2 - 457 | HEART OF DESIRE driftedafter the start to settle last. He ran on late for third. At the lure he slid under the running rail and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury. The favourite SILVER CRISIS caught his muzzle in the front of the lids when jumping resulting in him coming up with the lids. He jumped midfield finishing just behind the placegetters. ROCHDALE LAD led until the last twenty metres of the race when he was observed to ease and turn his head. He was stood down in accordance with Rule 80.1.
