| Race 2 | MEADOWSET GRAPHICS SPRINT - HEAT 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1 | Delability was boxed first due to a current 'hard to box' classification and was reported to box without difficulty. Delability reared as the boxes opened, lost 2 lengths and ran on well for 2nd. Just Bank It and Ray Reeb came together after 40 mtrs and again entering the first turn with Just Bank It being checked slightly. Just Bank It then ran outwards shortly after and checked Ray Reeb. Catch A Virus moved inwards entering the first turn and severely checked itself and Spyridon Louis. These two runners came together again on the bend and were both checked again with Catch A Virus then rebounding outwards into the path of and checking Smart Zac. Andwyn (S.P.Clark). Further general tightening after resulted in a check to Big Archie. Suitability ran outwards entering the first turn and inconvenienced Best Place which then ran very wide. Suitability moved outwards entering the home straight and checked itself and Jimmitom slightly. A post race veterinary examination of Jimmitom detected injuries requiring a 14 day stand down from racing. Just The Don (J.B.Hastie). Ex AGRC on 17.08.06. Jimmitom (G.Calverley). Aztec Keroma and Nova Keroma came together for a stride after 35 mtrs with Nova Keroma being checked slightly. Entering the first turn general tightening at the rear of the field resulted in checks to Comical Ali and Deadlock. |
