Judicial report: Weather: Showery P Freeman was fined $ 60-00 under Rule 88.1 when he admitted withdrawing ROYAL TAP from race 5 prior to the box draw when the dog was qualified to run. In reaching the penalty, some mitigating circumstances put forward by Mr Freeman were taken into account.
