Race 7 | DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C1 - 520 | KERRY GLEN was scratched due to a seasonal condition. MADAME RHODE led into the back straight but was galloped on by BIGTIME DALLAS and dragged down. BIGTIME DALLAS was badly checked and lost all chance and MADAME RHODE suffered a serious hock injury and was stood down for 28 days. Race 13 | SILVER COLLAR QUEEN NANCY - C0d - 645 | The box lids were slow to open and the lure travelled further ahead than normal in the early part of the race. As a result the payment of dividends was held up while the Stewards satisfied themselves that no runner had been affected by the incident. TEDDY HALL who finished 3rd was the only runner a little slow to begin and the Stewards were satisfied and the dividends all clear was given. The course curator advised that he will have the opening mechanism thoroughly checked before the next meeting. ROYAL TASP and SONNY BILL ALLEN collided twice on the first corner and lost momentum for a few strides. |
