Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer C.Morris was fined $ 125.00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting TEE BONE 1.2 kilograms overweight. This was a fourth offence.
Trainer A.Hall was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting SHIKANA 1.1 kilograms underweight.
Trainer S.Drysdale was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 89.1 when scratching SEXY DREAM late
At an inquiry adjourned from Addington on 04.11.05, B.Cole admitted a breach of Rules 134.10 (b) and 135.11 of the old rules and was fined $ 250-00.

Race 1	ALBION TAVERN SPRINT - C1 - 297	UNO JEANO was a Club scratching. PITSTOCK JAZZ and RAVE REVIEW collided in the back straight and RAVE REVIEW then collided with MISS LUCK on the bend and they finished well back. UNO JEANO Club scratching which was no fault of the Trainer.
Race 2	MISS MANAWATU STAKES - C2 - 505	MCMURDO was scratched and started in race 5. SHIKANA was 1.1 kilograms underweight and the Trainer was fined $ 50-00. SHIKANA and MYSTERY ELLIE were checked on the first corner with SHIKANA losing all chance and MYSTERY ELLIE falling and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a toe injury. MCMURDO In race 5. MYSTERY ELLIE A.Nightingale Rule 82 Suffered a toe injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 17.05.06.
Race 3	TIME 4 A TUI STAKES - C1 - 505	LATASHA was scratched ex Wanganui on 13.04.06. The winner DANCING BOHEMIAN was nominated as a swab but due to a possible security breach, the dog was released. LATASHA Ex Wanganui on 13.04.06.
Race 4	CLOVERLEA TAVERN SPRINT - C1 - 297	LEGAL EDITION was scratched ex Wanganui on 19.04.06. ROB ROY was checked back to last soon after the start and never recovered. DUSTYS REWARD was checked on the bend and lost all chance, finishing well back. SWEET SECRET checked over the heels of BEE PEES BOY and lost ground on the bend. LEGAL EDITION Ex Wanganui on 19.04.06.
Race 5	MANAWATU DERBY - FINAL - R/Af - 505	CANONGATE was scratched due to injury. TEE BONE weighed in 1.2 kilograms overweight and the Trainer was fined $125.00 for a fourth offence. RICHFIELD REASON stumbled soon after the start and lost ground, settling well back. He then made a forward move and bumped ONLY ONE DADDY who lost ground. RICHFIELD REASON continued to make ground well for 2nd place. CANONGATE O.Marron Rule 64 Suffering from a leg muscle injury and was presented and stood down for 10 days to and including 29.04.06.
Race 6	DOMINO'S PIZZA SPRINT - C2 - 297	ELLABEYOND was scratched due to injury. SECRET PRINCE was a Club scratching. SISTER SAINTLY was scratched under the distance from track rule. BANJO COUNTRY was handy to the first corner but was checked and lost all chance. ELLABEYOND B.Cole Rule 64 Suffering from a webbing injury, was presented and stood down for 4 days to and including 22.04.06 SECRET PRINCE was a Club scratching which was no fault of the Trainer. SISTER SAINTLY was scratched under Rule 63.10
Race 7	PROPLAN PERFORMANCE SPRINT - C4/5 - 297	SEXY DREAM was scratched ex Hawera on 16.04.06. This was a late scratching when Trainer S.Drysdale failed to notify the Club by the required time and he was fined $ 100-00. FULL OF FLARE was handy to the first corner but was checked and dropped back onto LADY BRIANA and JANE DOE who also lost ground. SEXY DREAM Ex Hawera on 16.04.06.
Race 8	MANAWATU OAKS - FINAL - R/Af - 505	VIRTUOSO galloped onto UNO YOU LIKA on the first corner and STAUNCH was also checked in the incident and they lost several lengths and any chance of a placing.
Race 9	COURTESY FORD STAKES - C3/4 - 505	EARL MCROBERTS moved in on the first corner and checked ISA DUSTY, EMILIE ONE and CALL ME CUTE who lost several lengths and finished in the last three places.
Race 10	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOGRAPHY - C2/3 - 297	ROLLEN was scratched ex Wanganui on 13.04.06. HOMEBUSH SNIPPET moved in on the first corner and checked WHAT PAVING, BELFAST BLUE and DUSTY'S DIAMOND who lost several lengths and all chance. JOEBEES JET ran very wide around the bend and covered considerable extra ground. ROLLEN Ex Wanganui on 13.04.06.
