Judicial report: Weather: Beautifullly fine Trainer A Joyce was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when SING VERA LYNN weighed in 1.1kgs under her last race weight.
Handler RW Cairns representing HG Cairns was fined $100.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when CLAN BAILEY weighed in 1.2kgs under his last race weight.

Race 1	BRIAN BAGLEY DRIVER LICCENSING SPRINT - C2 - 310	Favourite MISS STITCH was tightened into the bend coming back on ASTRO ZAP and HEAD PREFECT. These dogs filled the last three placings.
Race 2	RADIO DUNEDIN SPRINT - C2 - 310	PAREORA ANGEL attempted to run out from the rail throughout the length of the back straight affecting CLAN MISTY which in turn pushed COCONUT ICE wide around the bend. HOMEBUSH OPAL was checked badly in this incident. These dogs filled the last four placings. AWESOME KEV was slow away but ran home nicely for its fourth placing. HEART OF PROMISE (JT McInerney) kennel cough. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 18 April 2006.
Race 3	INDUSTRIAL SCRUB & SWEEP SPRINT - C0 - 310	OUTSIDE HOYTS was checked as RAMAHANA ROSIE attempted to improve around its outside. BAGTOWN BOY and COUNTRY TIME were checked in this incident. OUTSIDE HOYTS fell soon after this incident and a post race veterinary check revealed no injury. These dogs filled the last four placings.
Race 4	WWW.GREYHOUNDSASPETS.ORG.NZ - C1 - 310	The favourite PARADISE ECHO and QUANAH were badly checked as a result of tightening into the bend with a resultant check to a trailing HOMEBUSH LEE. These three dogs finished at the rear.
Race 5	NOMA SPRINT - C3 - 310	HOMEBUSH DASHER and IDOLISE ME were slow to jump. When improving into the bend IDOLISE ME struck TUDOR QUEEN, both losing ground. Soon after HOMEBUSH DASHER clipped WINSOME DOT, these two losing ground. These four finished at the rear.
Race 6	HOMEBUSH SPRINT - C4 - 310	HOMEBUSH TRUMP lost his footing on jumping before going up in the air losing all chance. He finished last. Into the bend GLADY'S FRIDAY and WHATA TEX came together when vying for the lead both losing ground. That allowed JARED BRANDON to rail through to the lead and win easily. GLADY'S FRIDAY finished third with WHATA TEX being subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed a split right hind webbing with a 14 day stand down recommended. HOMEBUSH BRADLEY (JT McInerney) kennel cough. Rule 64.12. 28 days up to and including 9 May 2006. KIWI NIKO (JH Cleary) kennel cough. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 21 April 2006. WHATA TEX (MJ Flipp) right hind webbing split. Rule 82.1. 14 days up to and including 26 April 2006.
Race 7	ANDREW HARBROW ENGINEERING SPRINT - C4 - 310	WHATA TOWN was slow to jump with HOMEBUSH PHIL drifting back after the jump. Both finished near the rear. Around the bend DALLAS MAJOR collided with the rail drifting out to finish last. A post race veterinary check revealed
Race 8	'SPOTTED HAND AT STUD' SPRINT - C5 - 310	Around the bend AWESOME ASTON was checked moving out on HOMEBUSH BUZZ with FOX FIRE being forced wide. They finished at the rear. FOX FIRE was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed a cut left fore toe which required sutures, with a seven day stand down recommended. FOX FIRE (R Adcock) cut left fore toe. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 19 April 2006.
Race 9	EASTER DISTANCE - C0d - 770	All clear.
Race 10	'GO THE HIGHLANDERS' STAKES - C1 - 545	Into the first bend THRILLING MAX ran wide taking HOLA CHICA with him. Both finished well back. IMA LLOYDIE who was midfield at the end of the back straight was tightened across the top drifting out to finish last.
Race 11	WOBBLY'S BAR & BISTRO STAKES - C0 - 545	Soon after the jump THRILLING MELODY, LADY MAUREEN, and MR JOLES tangled. Soon after LADY MAUREEN forced outwards taking THRILLING CHAD wide on the track, both losing all chance. THRILLING CHAD put up a good performance to finish well for fourth with LADY MAUREEN a distant last. LADY MAUREEN was ordered to undertake a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 81.1. ZAZZA BELLE (RD Blackburn) was a late scratching when found with a sore left hind tibia. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 68.26. 7 days up to and including 19 April 2006. LADY MAUREEN (M&J Hill) to undertake a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 81.1.
Race 12	PAWS INN BOARDING KENNEL STAKES - C2 - 545	MIDNIGHT FLUTTER slowed across the top when midfield drifting out to finish a distant last. He was charged with a breach of Rule 80.1, and stood down for 28 days and to undertake a satisfactory trial. MIDNIGHT FLUTTER (A Hart & K Taylor) stood down for 28 days up to and including 10 May 2006 and to undertake a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 80.1.
Race 13	MAUREEN AND JOHN STEWART STAKES - C2/3 - 545	LADYLIKE TOKEN and THRILLING JANE came together soon after the jump. Into the first bend USER FRIENDLY wastightened between dogs losing ground. Around the bend HOMEBUSH JUSTIN and RAILROAD WARRIOR tangled losing momentum. RAILROAD WARRIOR ran on for third with USER FRIENDLY fourth. The other two finished at the rear.
Race 14	HAPPY EASTER 545 - C4 - 545	All clear.
Race 15	AMBER CLEANING SPRINT - C3 - 310	ROBERTALAN drifted to last after the jump. Into the bend YARRA RIVER was checked running wide and losing ground. Both dogs finished at the rear. REGIMENT JEWEL (JH Cleary) kennel cough. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 21 April 2006.
