Judicial report: Weather: Fine L.Fornasiere the Trainer of ASTRO NERONE was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 88.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.5 kilograms underweight.( 3rd offence )
T.Tipene the Trainer of HIGHMOR SURPRISE was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 88.1 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms overweight.

OUR SMART BUDDY led until the home turn where he dipped and dropped out to finish well back. VOO DOO B.Krebs Rule 82 Suffered a claw injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 19.04.06.
Race 2	WENHAM GRAIN & SEED DASH - C1 - 297	BIGTIME STORM was scratched due to a seasonal complaint. MISS LUCK, TESHAMORE, DISSIPATE and UNO JEANO were checked on the first corner and lost ground. BIGTIME STORM L.Ahern Rule 64.10 In season and stood down for 28 days to and including 02.05.06.
Race 3	OUTBACK TRADING MAIDEN SPRINT - C0 - 297	NIAGARA CRESENT was handy to the first corner but was checked, dropped back to the rear and finished well back. LONDON BOBBY and HIGHMOR TERE collided on the home turn when well back in the field.
Race 4	COURTESY FORD MAIDEN - C0 - 297	HIGHMOR SURPRISE weighed 1.1 kilograms overweight and as a result the Trainer was fined $ 50-00 . NGAPUHI GIRL was slow to begin but recovered well to run 3rd. YULE TIDE checked over the heels of the winner SWEET SECRET on the home turn and lost ground but recovered to hold on to 2nd place. IM CUTE TOO, CAYOTE BOY and WOFTAMS TIP ran wide over extra ground on the bend and they finished well back.
Race 5	ALBION TAVERN STAKES - C1 - 505	All clear.
Race 6	KERB & CONCRETE STAKES - C1 - 505	SHANGHAI was handy racing to the first corner but was checked twice, went back to last and never recovered. MY SINBAD moved in on the final bend and checked JEWEL who lost a couple of lengths.
Race 7	KEEGAN CONCRETE - C3 - 297	ROCKING QUEEN and ARANUI MIST jostled together for several strides in the race to the first corner and dropped back to the rear with ROCKING QUEEN finishing in last place. ARANUI MIST made up some ground to finish in 4th place.
Race 8	CLOVERLEA TAVERN SPRINT - C2 - 297	SECRET PRINCE drew box 7 and raced wide throughout to finish in last place.
Race 9	DOMINOS PIZZA SPRINT - C4/5 - 297	LADY BRIANA and JO JO SAM collided on the first corner with LADY BRIANA dropping back onto MY LADY PACIFIC and they finished well back. PHAEDRA was handy starting the bend but was checked and dropped back quickly and lost all chance of a placing. PHAEDRA suffered a serious spike wound and was stood down for 28 days. LISSADELL PRINCE dropped out to finish a long last and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury at that time. Race 10	WEEKEND CRAFTS - C2 - 505	ASTRO NERONE weighed in 1.5 kilograms underweight and as a result the Trainer was fined $100-00 for a 3rd offence. The favourite OPAWA LIZ was slow to begin and then ran very wide on the first bend covering extra ground and finished in 4th place. COSSIE FLYER checked off heels on the first bend, went back to last and stayed there. LITTLE PRESSY W.Morris Rule 82 Suffered a dislocated toe and stood down for 28 days to and including 03.05.06
Race 11	PROPLAN STAKES - C2 - 505	GAZZA'S JEWEL led into the first corner but slowed soon after and finished several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. UNO YOU LIKA S.Gommans Rule 82 Suffered abrasions to a paw and stood down for 7 days to and including 12.04.06.
Race 12	MISS MANAWATU STAKES - C4/5 - 505	EMILIE ONE was tightened on the first corner, moved out and forced CALL ME CUTE and KEEN PRECISION wide on the first bend.
