Judicial report: Weather: Fine RW Cairns, representing trainer HG Cairns was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when CLAN BLUE weighed in 1.1kgs over his last race weight. CAIRNS advised that there appeared to have been an error in recording the weight of this dog at its previous start.

Around the bend MULBERRY CHELLE who drifted to the rear was forced wide when improving around the field . She was the widest runner turning in before finishing very strongly for second. Short of the finish AWESOME KEV struck the rail when tightened by DISCO FEVER. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. |

CLAN BLUE ran on strongly to win with OZARK'S ANGEL finishing fourth. BLUE CURRENT ran outwards approaching the bend colliding with an improving JUST AS SHIFTY, both losing all chance finishing at the rear. |

Rule 64.12. Trainer advised that this dog was now retired. |
