Judicial report: Weather: Fine Following the running of Race 7 THRILLING BURN (AC Roberts) was ordered to undertake a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1
Also following the running of race 7 a hearing was opened and adjourned under Rule 81.1 into the running of MERCEDES HOPE (D.Kingston)

Hot favourite THRILLING CLARE raced midfield and never made any impression over the concluding stages finishing a disappointing fourth. SNAZZY SHAZ (C Mitchell) left hock mild sprain. Veterinary Certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 31 March 2006 |

| Race 3 | FITZGERALD ARMS TAVERN MAIDEN DASH - HEAT 2 - C0q - 295 Heat 1 | COUGARS CRUZIN was checked into the first bend when BLUEY HAVOC and ROCHDALE LAD were involved in a skirmish. COUGARS CRUZIN flew home late for third and ROCHDALE LAD recovered to finish fourth. LADY RUSH attempted to race wide into the first bend and was squeezed to the back of the field before railing and finishing on for fifth. |
| Race 4 | SHIRLEY T.A.B MAIDEN STAKES - HEAT 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | FENG SHUI was slow to leave the inside trap settling back and finishing in sixth placing. Favourite THRILLING MAX was only fairly away but ran home attractively to finish third albeit ten lengths from the winner. GYPSYS MATE (JT McInerney) late scratching at kennelling. High temperature and weight loss. Veterinary Certificate supplied. Rule 68.26. 7 days up to and including 30 March 2006. |
| Race 5 | FITZGERALD ARMS TAVERN MAIDEN DASH - HEAT 3 - C0q - 295 Heat 1 | MULBERRY MUFFIN missed the start by ten lengths and was always last. Favourite PAINT THE STARS was close to the pace all the way and battled fairly for its fourth placing. |
| Race 6 | SHIRLEY T.A.B MAIDEN STAKES - HEAT 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | Favourite KILLER TOUCH was slow away improving down the back and ran on stylishly for second. |
| Race 7 | SHIRLEY T.A.B MAIDEN STAKES - HEAT 3 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | Into the first bend STARDOE moved outwards checking LIL LEGEND and causing HOMEBUSH ANGEL to fall heavily and take no further part in the race. Turning for home SOUND A TUNE lost its footing as it was pushed out wide and tumbled heavily. MERCEDES HOPE ran out badly at the same time and was caught up in the resulting fracas. STARDOE ran into the hindquarters of THRILLING BURN causing both dogs to lose their footing and fail to finish the race. In this incident STARDOE also knocked LIL LEGEND heavily. Following the event veterinary checks were carried out on SOUND A TUNE, HOMEBUSH ANGEL, THRILLING BURN and MERCEDES HOPE. The only injury detected was to SOUND A TUNE which was euthanised as a result of a broken leg. |

| Race 9 | FLAIR DASH - C1 - 295 | OUT COLD was very slow to leave the boxes never improving and finishing seventh. |
| Race 10 | POWER FARMING STAKES - C1 - 520 | Into the first bend HOMEBUSH CLAN ran wide checking THRILLING LAURA and SOMERSET BLUE. All of these dogs lost their chance in this incident. |
