| Race 1 | DINSDALE TAVERN DASH - C3 - 375 | Charlston Flash was the slowest to begin and finished 4th. Ritzy Reason, Jimmytheone and Velvot Revolver bumped each other after 20 mtrs with all being checked slightly. |
| Race 2 | CAMBRIDGE MAIDEN - HEAT 1 - C0q - 457 Heat 1 | Ultra Sting was the slowest to begin and finished 5th. Kapai Rua, Gatlin Ghost and Dumblestick came together after the start with all being checked. Kapai Rua ran wide on the bend. Gatlin Ghost ran wide on the home turn and collided with Kapai Rua resulting in severe checks to both runners when at the rear. Last Timbah moved outwards on the home turn and made contact with the hind quarters of Augusta Allen. |
| Race 3 | CAMBRIDGE MAIDEN - HEAT 2 - C0q - 457 Heat 1 | Forest Knight was very slow to begin and was always at the rear thereafter. Gray Way ran inwards at the start and checked itself and Thrilling Dane which in turn moved inwards and checked Ray Reeb. Entering the first turn general tightening resulted in severe checks to Ray Reeb, Gray Way, Mochaccino and Gatlin Breeze. |
| Race 4 | RAGLAN SPRINT - C1/2 - 375 | Coruba Sun was the slowest to begin and finished 6th. Ace Of Spies jumped awkwardly, stumbled and remained at the rear throughout. A post race veterinary examination detected an injury requiring a 14 day stand down from racing. Jacki Flex ran inwards after 20 mtrs and severely checked Ace Of Spies. King Calibre was hampered for a stride in this incident. Entering the first turn Coruba Sun and King Calibre came together with both being severely checked. Ace Of Spies (G.Calverley). Thickened scar tissue in caudal calf muscles of left hind. Old injury requiring further treatment. Rule 82.1. 14 days up to and including 29.03.06. |
| Race 5 | TE RAPA TAVERN STAKES - C3 - 457 | Thrilling Match was checked after 20 mtrs. Homebush Thorn and Hardern Thirst came together after 60 mtrs with both being checked. Winsome Guy and Dyna Sandra jostled for several strides prior to the first turn. Nearing the first turn Ash's Asssassin and Kracker came together with both being checked. Hardern Thirst was tightened then drifted on the first turn and ran on in the home straight for 6th. Dyna Sandra ran very wide on the bend. |
| Race 6 | GRAND VIEW SPORTS BAR DASH - C4 - 375 | Jane's Commando was the slowest to begin and finished 7th. Romberg Reason was tightened and checked at the start then came together with Awesome At Last and Ridley Reason. Pastrana Bale and Jane's Commando came together entering the first turn with both being checked slightly. Nearing the home turn Awesome At Last and Bailed Out came together with both running wide. |
| Race 7 | TAMAHERE STAKES - C1/2 - 457 | Gentle Lee was the slowest to begin and finished 6th. Sea Drifter and Thrilling Sally came together at the start with both being checked. Entering the first turn Gatlin Getto ran outwards across the path of This Time Boots resulting in checks to both runners. |
| Race 8 | RACEWAY SPRINT - C5 - 375 | Just Rockin and Whata Buy were the slowest to begin finishing last and 7th respectively. World Bank began awkwardly and checked Whata Buy. Dyna Ropati and Hostile Arch came together at the start with both being checked. |
| Race 9 | TAB PUMP & AUTOMOTIVE STAKES - C5 - 457 | Warnie jumped sideways at the start checking itself, Homebush Gordon and He's Off. Entering the first turn He's Off and Homebush Gordon came together then jostled for several strides with Warnie also included in this incident. |
