Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer HG Cairns was fined $50.00 on each charge under Rule 69.11 when Clan Rockafella and Clan Blue both weighed in 1.3kgs under their last race weights.
Trainers J&D Fahey were fined $50.00 under Rule 69.11 when Lochinvar Rocket weighed in 1.3kgs under his last race weight.

Race 1	CONGRATULATIONS JOHN GUTHRIE SPRINT - C1 - 310	Into the bend OH THOSE EYES ran out into CLAN IVORY who in turn was forced onto DYNA TOOPI. The lost all chance finishing at the rear. HOMEBUSH LEE (JT McInerney) diarrhoea. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 20 March 2006.
Race 2	STUDHOLME TRAINERS SPRINT - C1 - 310	PALONE brushed the rail into the bend before moving out and checking the favourite HOMEBUSH JOCK and NOCRONS RAIDER. They lost all chance filling the last three placings. PALONE was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 3	HOMEBUSH SPRINT - C1/2 - 310	HOMEBUSH OPAL was tightened soon after the jump settling last. Into the bend MYSTERY SOLVED ran outwards checking the favourite LIPSLIDE SKINNY and ANGRY'S WISH, all three losing all chance. They finished at the rear. HOMEBUSH OPAL finished midfield.
Race 4	AMBER CLEANING SPRINT - C1/2 - 310	DISCO FEVER was very slow from the inside box however recovered to rail inside a number of skirmishes around the bend to finish on for a distant second to SNOW STORM who jumped clear from the start to win very easily. Into the bend HAUNTED HALL ran outwards with PAREORA ANGEL clipping HAUNTED HALL'S heels and losing all chance. As a result of HAUNTED HALL'S outward movement HOMEBUSH KIM clipped HOMEBUSH RYAN both losing ground and forcing CLAN MISTY and LITTLE BOY BLUE wide. CLAN MISTY recovered well to finish on late for third with HOMEBUSH KIM fourth. The others finished near the rear.
Race 5	'SPOTTED HAND AT STUD' SPRINT - C3 - 310	JALOUX JUNCTION was slow to jump settling last. Shortly after the jump MARILYNS WALK was tightened losing ground. Soon after YARRA RIVER and HARRY BLOG came together both losing ground, forcing an improving MARILYNS WALK and ROBERTALAN wide on the track. Approaching the home straight JALOUX JUNCTION and HARRY BLOG came together with HARRY BLOG checking out and colliding with TUDOR QUEEN. TUDOR QUEEN ran on for third with the others well back. DALLAS MAJOR (JT McInerney) cut pad left fore. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 24 March 2006.
Race 6	OTAGO ANNIVERSARY SPRINT - C4 - 310	BLICKLING HALL and SPARKLING LIGHTS jostled around the bend when at the rear losing further ground. They filled the last two placings. ASTON ACE (JT McInerney) diarrhoea. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 19 March 2006.
Race 7	ST KILDA SPRINT - C4/5 - 310	AWESOME ASTON and CANDIAC BALE strode to the lead after the jump careering away to fill the first two placings. The balance of the field collided and jostled into the first bend all losing ground. FOX FIRE recovered best to finish third.
Race 8	WOBBLY'S SPRINT - C4/5 - 310	ASTON SUPERSTAR drifted to the rear after the jump never improving. Into the bend GLITZY OPAL struck the favourite LOCHINVAR RHETT running wide as a result taking JACK WEBBER and ASTON SUPERSTAR wide. They finished at the rear with MRS DOO who ran wide turning for home.
Race 9	PAWS INN BOARDING KENNEL STAKES - C1 - 545	Into the back straight CLAN STAR was checked losing ground when coming in contact with CONNECT. She recovered well to finish on late for a close up fifth. CONNECT ran on for second.
Race 10	OAMARU TRAINERS STAKE - C1 - 545	CLAN BLUE was subject to a pre race veterinary check after being removed from his kennel. He was cleared to race by the club veterinarian. In the run to the first bend TRINITY TIGER moved outwards and collided with TRINITY TONIC, going wide on the turn to finish near the rear with CLAN BLUE who was checked by TRINITY TONIC into the back straight. CLAN BLUE was re examined after the race with nothing again detected.
Race 11	ST CLAIR STAKES - C1/2 - 545	The favourite OPAWA MUSIC was unable to reach the lead into the first bend trailing the eventual winner WESTERN SPARK thereafter. Despite her best efforts over the concluding stages OPAWA MUSIC was unable to catch WESTERN SPARK.
Race 12	GO THE HIGHLANDERS - C5 - 545	All clear. SUPERSTITIOUS (J&D Fahey) torn abdominal muscles. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 28 March 2006. WILLY WHAT (J&D Fahey) retired.
Race 13	FORBURY PARK STAKES - C1/2 - 545	HOMEBUSH FALCON settled well back into the first bend before improving down the back, running on strongly for second. The favourite LOCHINVAR ROCKET drifted to the rear by the first bend never improving during the running. A post race veterinary check revealed nothing amiss.
Race 14	BRIAN BAGLEY DRIVER LICENSING STAKES - C3/4 - 545	All clear.
Race 15	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #13 FINAL - RESd - 770	SHIRAZ ROYALE drove to the lead soon after the jump leading all the way to win well in track record time.
