Judicial report: Weather: Fine M.Clark Fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting GOLDSPOON 1.3 kilograms overweight.
C.Morris Fined $ 75-00 under Rule 89 for a breach of Rule 69.11 for the second time when presenting TEE BONE 1.4 kilograms underweight.
W.Morris Fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when presenting MR GULLIVER 1.2 kilograms underweight.

Race 1	MAIDEN STAKES - C0 - 525	PRINCE APITI was very slow away and finished well back. Two of the better supported runners WAI WAI EXPRESS and SWEET SECRET were also slow away and were then checked and pushed wide on the first bend. WAI WAI EXPRESS recovered well to run 2nd but SWEET SECRET stayed back and finished last.
Race 2	MAIDEN DASH - C0 - 295	ASTRO MICKEY checked off the heels of KAITOKE POWER on the bend and went back to last. The well supported WOFTAMS TIP was checked on the first turn then ran wide on the bend and finished in last place. The winner ASTROS LUCK ran very wide on the bend and into the straight but went on to win well.
Race 3	'TOTAL BODY SHOP' - C1 - 295	SWAPSY ran in over the heels of KAITOKE POWER on the first turn, went back to last and stayed in the rear group to the finish.
Race 4	EXCHANGE HOTEL DASH - C1 - 295	MILO O'SHEA was very slow away and raced well back throughout.
Race 5	CUSTOMS AGENTS WGTN - C1 - 295	TARTARE SAUCE was a late scratching due to injury. The well supported BANKSIDE GO GO was tightened between runners on the first turn and went back to last. She then recovered to run on for 4th place. FLIPPITY JIBBIT moved in soon after the start and jostled MYSTIC DANCER and GUNGULLIN for several strides. TARTARE SAUCE L.Fornasiere Rule 64 A late scratching due to a foot injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 15.02.06.
Race 6	UPPER VALLEY PANEL - C1 - 525	M.Clark the Trainer of GOLDSPOON was fined $ 50-00 when presenting the dog 1.3 kilograms overweight. The favourite RAVEN LOU was the slowest away but recovered well to run 2nd. BONIFIED was checked back to last on the first turn and stayed well back.
Race 7	ACCSYS FOR QUICKBOOKS - C2 - 295	All clear.
Race 8	HARDINGS HANDCRAFTED FURNITURE - C1 - 525	ROURKES DRIFT was slow to begin and lost three lengths.
Race 9	'THE HABODE CONCEPT' - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH STEVE began awkwardly, lost ground and tailed the field throughout. Several runners were tightened on the first corner when outside dogs moved across and HOMEBUSH SNIPPET was the most affected, going back to last. She recovered to run 3rd.
Race 10	RELOCATABLE BUILDINGS - C3/4 - 525	FRANNY HALL was checked back to last on the first turn but then recovered to run on for 2nd place.
Race 11	www.habode.com DASH - C3 - 295	C.Morris the Trainer of TEE BONE was fined $ 75-00 for a 2nd offence when presenting the dog 1.4 kilograms underweight. W.Morris the Trainer of MR GULLIVER was fined $ 50-00 when presenting the dog 1.2 kilograms underweight. MONDO CANPIONE moved in racing to the first corner and crowded TEE BONE, HURRICANE FOG and RALPH who all lost momentum.
Race 12	BACK @ HUTTPARK WED 15TH FEB - C4/5 - 295	LA ROKO began very awkwardly and lost several lengths and all chance of a placing. The favourite CRUZMORE was checked on the first turn, moved out and forced KOJAZZ, LOVE THE HABIT and HOT DISCOVERY wide over extra ground and this affected the chances of all four runners.
