| Race 1 | 26TH ANNIVERSARY SPRINT - C4/5 - 310 | GOODTIME DEN drifted to the rear soon after the jump. Shortly after jumping and again into the bend TIME TO REMEMBER was checked by dogs on her outer. Soon after an improving GOODTIME DEN struck TIME TO REMEMBER both losing all chance. They filled the last two places. HOMEBUSH JESSIE was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed sore right hind gracilus muscle with a seven day stand down recommended. HOMEBUSH JESSIE (JT McInerney) right gracilus injury. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 1 February 2006. |
| Race 2 | KEYOSK SERVICE BAR SPRINT - C0 - 310 | EDMUNDO ROSS was slow to jump settling last. Soon after the jump the favourite BAGTOWN BOY and HOMEBUSH WESTIE were tightened by dogs on her outer. Into the bend YAK YAK checked out off the winner HOMEBUSH THORN colliding with HOMEBUSH JOCK and GILL LOOPY. An improving EDMUNDO ROSS struck GILL LOOPY falling as a result. He regained his feet and finished the event a distant last. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. KT Kilsby advised that he had taken the lease on Edmundo Ross, with the lease agreement with the Association for registration. |
| Race 3 | 'ANGRY'S WISH' SPRINT - C1 - 310 | MULBERRY TRICK was tightened shortly after the jump. Into the bend LUCY SWIFT and DOGGED PURSUIT were tightened by HOMEBUSH BLADE. SHAUN THE ALIEN ran wide around the bend before finishing well wide out for third. |
| Race 4 | RON PARKER MEMORIAL SPRINT - C1 - 310 | The second favourite HEART OF PROMISES raced in blinkers after recently having undertaken a satisfactory trial at Addington in accordance with Rule 68.19. She jumped inwards at the start tightening QUANAH who settled midfield. HEART OF PROMISE was run down late for third with QUANAH finishing at the rear. HALF A PENNY drifted to the rear after jumping awkwardly never improving. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. |
| Race 5 | HARBROW ENGINEERING SPRINT - C1 - 310 | NOCRONS RAIDER missed the jump settling last. Into the bend HOMEBUSH LEE struck the favourite LIGHT FROST both losing ground. HOMEBUSH WAYNE collided with these two. LIGHT FROST ran on for fourth with the others near the rear. SPIRIT OF OZARK (J Guthrie) was a late scratching at 8.35am when found to be in season. Rule 64.10. 28 days up to and including 22 February 2006. |
| Race 6 | HOMEBUSH LAD SPRINT - C3 - 310 | Into the bend HOMEBUSH ZARA fell as a result of being struck by a trailing MARILYNS WALK with ASTON ACE being checked also. HOMEBUSH ZARA regained her feet and finished the event, with a post race veterinary check revealing a minor spike injury with no stand down recommended. |
| Race 7 | STARZAN BALE STAKES - C1 - 545 | ROCHDALE REASON was slow to jump settling at the rear. HOMEBUSH JUSTIN improved wide around the bend into the back straight maintaining a strong run to win well. TRINITY TIGER ran wide around the first bend when at the rear before finishing strongly late for fourth. |
| Race 8 | BRIAN BAGLEY DRIVER LICENSING SPRINT - C2 - 310 | AWESOME KEV was slow to jump settling last. Into the bend TUDOR QUEEEN was tightened by the winner YARRA RIVER, coming back on AWESOME KEV, HALCYON HILL and JEMALONG EASTERN. TUDOR QUEEN recovered well to finish second with the others finishing at the rear. |
| Race 9 | PAWS INN BOARDING KENNEL STAKES - C0 - 545 | HOMEBUSH FIRE jumped to a clear lead from the boxes, before fading out over the concluding stages to finish midfield. HOMEBUSH NICKY ran wide into the first bend settling last and never improving. Into the back straight BLUE CURRENT, TRACTOR JACK and ROCHDALE LAD came together losing ground. BLUE CURRENT ran on late for a good third with the other two finishing near the rear. |
| Race 10 | BLUE FERN STAKES - C2/3 - 545 | HOMEBUSH DAN and MULBERRY TRUMP were tightened into the first bend settling at the rear. Into the back straight INDICATIVE and HOMEBUSH FALCON came together losing ground. INDICATIVE ran on late for second with the others finishing towards the rear. |
