Judicial report: Weather: Overcast Trainer JT McInerney was fined $25.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when HOMEBUSH BLADE weighed in 1.2kgs under his last race start weight.

Race 1 SGRC SUPPLIES WELCOME - C0 - 390 ROCHDALE BLUE was slow to jump settling last. Into the bend ROCHDALE BLUE struck YAK YAK when trying to improve, both dogs losing ground. ROCHDALE BLUE ran on late for fourth with YAK YAK last. The favourite HOMEBUSH JOCK was tightened turning for home losing momentum finishing fifth.
Race 2 COLORMARK LTD - C1 - 390 BLACK OVERTURE was slow to jump settling at the rear. Into the bend OLD JOE was tightened by HOMEBUSH BLADE before checking out off HOSTILE BLUES. Soon after an improving BLACK OVERTURE ran wide into the path of HOMEBUSH BLADE who fell with MULBERRY FLASH and HALF A PENNY forced wide. HOMEBUSH BLADE regained his feet and finished the event. HOMEBUSH BLADE was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed no injury. RED PAREORA (MJ Flipp) Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 16 January 2006.
Race 3 SGRC SUPER TONIC - C1/2 - 390 The favourite JESSE JOHN jumped to the lead from the boxes before being tightened by an improving HALCYON HILL into the bend losing ground. Once balanced on turning for home he finished strongly along the rail to win easily. Around the bend ROOK THE RAVEN and JEMALONG EASTERN came together losing ground. ROOK THE RAVEN ran on for fourth with JEMALONG EASTERN well back.
Race 4 SINGLETON SIGNS - C1 - 390 Soon after the jump OH THOSE EYES ran inwards tightening NOCRONS RAIDER, HOMEBUSH DIESEL, IN YOUR FACE, LUCY SWIFT and LYNNY LOU. IN YOUR FACE recovered to finish on to win with NOCRONS RAIDER finishing fast late for third. The others finished well back.
Race 5 SGRC ELECTRO GOLD - C0 - 457 PUMBA CASS was slow to jump settling at the rear finishing well back. WHATA ASSASSIN ran wide around the bend losing all chance to finish well back. DIPSY DOODLE turned in the boxes losing 70 metres. She completed the event a distant last. A satisfactory trial was ordered in accordance with Rule 72.13. DIPSY DOODLE (AH Lee) to unertake a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 72.13.
Race 6 southlandgreyhounds.tripod.com - C1q - 457 Heat 1 WHATA DARLING drifted to the rear after jumping. The favourite CYBIL DEFENCE jumped to the lead from the boxes. Into the bend she moved off the rail and was clipped by PAREORA JACK losing momentum with checks to HOMEBUSH JUSTIN, HOMEBUSH LAKSMI and WHATA DARLING. These three finished at the rear with CYBIL DEFENCE running on late for third.
Race 7 ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C1/2 - 457 LOOKOUT LARRY and HOMEBUSH LISA were slow to jump settling at the rear. LOOKOUT LARRY improved into the bend before running wide losing ground to finish towards the rear.
Race 8 SGRC SUPPLIES - C1/2 - 390 BELLE OF PAREORA was slow to jump settlng last finishing well back. Into the bend a low flying plover collided with FIFI THE FLEA who lost momentum finishing amongst the tailenders. The plover was stunned by the impact taking a brief moment to recover and take flight. HEAD PREFECT ran wide around the bend losing ground to finish at the rear. MULBERRY EBO (KJ Cassidy) right shoulder muscle pain. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 19 January 2006.
Race 9 KELVIN HOTEL DASH - C3/4 - 390 DISCO FEVER was very slow to jump running on late for fourth. HARRY BLOG lost his footing soon after jumping settling last and never improving. Into the bend HOMEBUSH MIKEY and INDEFINITE came together losing ground. HOMEBUSH MIKEY ran on for second with INDEFINITE well back.
Race 10 southlandgreyhounds.tripod.com - C1q - 457 Heat 1 TRINITY TIGER was slow to jump with DARKOZARK KNIGHT drifting after the jump. Both finished near the rear. Into the bend WHATA OUTLOOK ran very wide losing all chance finishing a distant last. A post race veterinary check revealed nothing amisss.
