| Race 1 | XMAS IS COMING - C0 - 505 | ASTROS LUCK and NOSE THE TUNE collided on the first bend with ASTROS LUCK losing several lengths and eventually finishing a long last. EARTHWIND and JEFFIES FELLA collided on the first bend and lost momentum for a few strides but they recovered to finish 1st and 2nd.. |
| Race 2 | FOXTON HOTEL - C0 - 297 | MY SEAMUS began awkwardly and lost several lengths and all chance of a placing. TRY VISIQUE, WOFTAMS TIP and BINTANG BERT collided in the early stages of the race and lost a little ground. WOFTAMS TIP fell after the finish line, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a carpus injury. The Favourite SEXY DELIGHT led easily to the home turn but then eased for a couple of strides and finished in 2nd place. A vets examination revealed an eye injury which possibly accounted for the dog easing and a 7 day stand down was imposed. SEXY DELIGHT S.Drysdale Rule 329 Suffered an eye injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 28.12.05. WOFTAMS TIP S. Maher Rule 329 Fell and suffered a carpus injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 04.01.06. |
| Race 3 | COURTESY FORD LEVIN - C0 - 297 | ROMANTIC REALM and PURPLE MAMBA were slow to begin and settled at the rear. PURPLE MAMBA recovered to finish 3rd but ROMANTIC REALM finished well back. ONE FOR JACK and NIAGARA CRESCENT were checked on the first corner, lost several lengths and all chance of a placing. SEXY BEAST ran very wide on the bend and covered considerable extra ground. |

ARANUI JAZZ fell entering the back straight and COSSIE FLYER was brought down. They were examined by the Vet and with ARANUI JAZZ stood down for 10 days and COSSIE FLYER cleared of injury. ARANUI JAZZ M.Boyd Rule 329 Fell and suffered a webbing injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 31.12.05. |
| Race 12 | MANAWATU SECURITY SERVICE - C2 - 297 | MR GULLIVER and MR BRIGHTSIDE collided on the bend and MR BRIGHTSIDE fell.. MR GULLIVER went back to last and remained there to the finish. MR BRIGHTSIDE was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
