Judicial report: Weather: Overcast Owner/Trainer GW Clark pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 134.10 arising from an incident at Forbury Park on 9 December 2005. He was severely reprimanded..
Owner/ Trainer M Rushton was charge with a breach of Rule 262.1 and fined $25.00.

Race 1 ADVANCE PERFORMANCE STAKES - C1 - 520 HOMEBUSH TRENDY came up with the lids losing all chance. She never improved finishing last.
Race 2 WILSONS SPORTS BAR & TAB SPRINT - C1 - 295 HOMEBUSH TERRA was slow from the inside box railing around the bend to finish on for fourth. The favourite HOMEBUSH SMITHY clipped the heels of LABELLED URGENT into the bend coming back on KELLBRETT JEMMA. They finished at the rear.
Race 3 KOLORFUL KANVAS STAKES - C0 - 295 The favourite AWESOME BROWNIE was slow to jump before improving along the rail checking ANDREW'S MATE and CLAN WAVE who came back on HUNTAWAY, HOMEBUSH LAKSMI and TITLE HAVOC. These five dogs lost all chance finishing some distance from the placegetters.
Race 4 CHCH MAIDEN - HEAT 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 CRUSADE DAN was very slow to jump. Soon after the start TRINITY TONIC was tightened against the rail by YAK YAK. They settled well back with TRINITY TONIC running on late for third. and YAK YAK near the rear. TRINITY TONIC was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 5 CONTAINERMAN SPRINT - C1 - 295 All clear. HOMEBUSH OPAL (JT McInerney) tfl tear right hind leg. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 259. 14 days up to and including 27 December 2005.
Race 6 CHRISTCHURCH MAIDEN - HEAT 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 PUMBA CASS, CLAN BAILEY and MULBERRY MUFFIN were slow to jump. PUMBA CASS ran wide around the first bend when endeavouring to improve. At the end of the back straight SYDNEY ROOSTER, JOE MILLIONAIRE, PUMBA CASS and CLAN BAILEY were tightened by an improving HOMEBUSH EAGLE and TRACTOR JACK. Turning for home TRACTOR JACK ran out and fought with HOMEBUSH EAGLE allowing JOE MILLIONAIRE to finish along the inner to win from LITTLE GIRL EYE and CLAN BAILEY. A charge under Rule 322.1(a) was preferred against trainer J Guthrie and his dog TRACTOR JACK. He admitted the charge with TRACTOR JACK stood down for a period of one month up to and including 14 January 2006 and to undertake a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 179. T. Cairns was shown the race film in respect of CLAN BAILEY who drifted to third place over the concluding stages after having led turning for home. Race 7 GARDEN CITY CHEM DRY STAKES - C1 - 520 SPIRIT OF OZARK drifted to the rear after the jump never improving during the running.
Race 8 C.T.V SPRINT - C0 - 295 ZAZZA BELLE and HOMEBUSH VEEJAY were tightened into the bend losing ground to finish at the rear.
Race 9 SHIRLEY VETERINARY CENTRE SPRINT - C1 - 295 Into the bend BARDO'S ANGEL and MYSTERY SOLVED were tightened forcing I'M LAUGHING NOW wide. They finished at the rear.
Race 10 GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND STAKES - C1 - 520 All clear. MULBERRY TRICK (KJ Cassidy) was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be in season. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 258. 30 days up to and including 13 January 2006. HOMEBUSH LISA (JT McInerney) left tfl injury. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 259. 5 days up to and including 18 December 2005.
Race 11 ROBBIES BAR & BISTRO SPRINT - C1 - 295 MICRO LITE and PUSH PLAY were slow to jump. PUSH PLAY improved around the field to finish on for second. MICRO LITE and OZARK'S ANGEL came together into the bend with IMPASSE, ROVING LIGHT and EL ASSASSIN easing soon after. These five dogs finished some distance behind the placegetters. HOMEBUSH HEATHER (JT McInerney) right groin pain. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 259. 7 days up to and including 20 December 2005.
Race 12 CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP STAKES - C1 - 520 Into the first bend ANGEL OF HARLEM was tightened coming back on LAST ORDERS and MARIO SCENARIO, who tangled for some distance losing all chance. They filled the last three places.
Race 13 APACHE LODGE SPRINT - C1 - 295 HOMEBUSH LEGEND and TAMBOOLI drifted to the rear after jumping. Into the bend WATTA FLYER, CLAN IVORY and MISTRESS BELLA came together losing ground. These dogs filled the last five places. CLAN IVORY was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed split webbing to the left hind with a 14 day stand down recommended. CLAN IVORY (HG Cairns) split webbing. Rule 329. 14 days up to and including 28 December 2005.
Race 14 BILLS BAR & BISTRO STAKES - C2/3 - 520 WHATA DUDE was slow to jump and drove down towards the rail into the first bend when improving colliding with HIGH FLYIN TEDDY who toook a heavy fall. He regained his feet and finished the event. WHATA DUDE lost ground finishing seventh. HIGH FLYIN TEDDY was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 15 SANTA VISITS HERE TOMORROW SPRINT - C2 - 295 All clear.
