Race 1	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS SPRINT - C0 - 305	THRILLING SHADOW, UNO YOU LIKA and MONTECITO were all handy on the bend but were checked and lost all chance of a placing.
Race 2	STEEL STRUCTURES DASH - C1 - 305	IMAGE OF ISHBELL was checked on the bend and dropped back quickly onto WINCHESTER MISS who lost several lengths and finished in last place.
Race 3	GUTHRIE BOWRON '520' - C1 - 520	THRILLING LIZ was scratched due to injury. PALSY O'CEIRIN ran in from the start and checked MINNIE LASS and OROUA ROCKER who settled at the rear and they stayed there throughout. MADAME RHODES bumped SEXY ASSASSIN on the home turn and this possible affected SEXY ASSASSIN'S chance of a closer placing than 3rd. THRILLING LIZ A.Udy Rule 259 Suffering from a stress fracture and stood down for 10 days to and including 17.12.05.
Race 4	KEENAN CONCRETE DASH - C1 - 305	STARLIGHT WOODS was scratched ex Wellington on 08.12.05. MAGIC EBONY was checked on the first corner and lost ground. Soon after WILD GUNNADOO galloped on WOODSTOCK PRINCE and that runner fell. MAGIC EBONY, WILD GUNNADOO, OLD ELLA and ARANUI TAMY were all severely checked in the incident and lost all chance of a placing. WOODSTOCK PRINCE was checked by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with bruising. STARLIGHT WOODS scratched ex Wellington on 08.12.05. WOODSTOCK PRINCE C.French Rule 329 Suffered bruising in a fall and stood down for 5 days to and including 13.12.05.
Race 5	HEADS ROAD VETERINARY '520' - C1/2 - 520	ASTRA NOMACOOL was scratched ex Wellington on 08.12.05. OROUA ROCKER was scratched after gaining a start in race 3. This race was started 3 minutes late at the request of raceday control. SMILER moved away from the rail on the first corner and checked ARANUI GOLD,THRILLING YOYO and RUSH HOUR who all lost ground. ASTRA NOMACOOL scratched ex Wellington on 08.12.05.
Race 6	WANGANUI SECURITY '305' - C5 - 305	JESSTA LARRIKIN was a late scratching due to injury. This race was started 2 minutes late at the request of raceday control. DAYLIGHT SLOY and ELLA LEE collided when jumping out and ELLA LEE raced out wide from there and could not make up the lost ground. DAYLIGHT SLOY recovered to run 3rd. JESSTA LARRIKIN Garrett & Parata Rule 259 A late scratching due to a neck injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 22.12.05.
Race 7	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION SPRINT - C3 - 305	MICHELAC, MY LADY PACIFIC, THRILLING MARK and RUSHED AFFAIR jostled together for several strides early in the race and settled in the last four places. MY LADY PACIFIC then rushed forward and bumped CATERING KING and STYLISH SUSIE who were pushed out and lost ground.
Race 8	EXCEED STAKES - C4/5 - 520	THRILLING SAM moved out slightly on the first bend and made contact with CELESTIAL who was checked, went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 9	METEOR PRINTERS DASH - C4/5 - 305	SOUTHBROOK STAR and STUNNING EBONY bumped together on the first turn and they lost several lengths and never recovered.
Race 10	DISPLAY ASSOCIATES '305' - C1/2 - 305	BANJO COUNTRY was handy early in the race but dropped back around the bend and UNO JEANO who was following was forced back and they filled the last two places at the finish.
