| Race 1 | WELCOME TO CAMBRIDGE DASH - C3/4 - 375 | Hypoumunga (winner), Max's Millions and Hove Dale were the slowest to begin. Hypoumunga and Max's Millions came together for a stride prior to the first turn. Parra Power moved outwards entering the first turn and severely checked Kalkaringi. Kalkaringi clipped the heels of Max's Millions nearing the home turn with both being severely checked. Tee Ar Tee (S.P.Clark). Rule 259 ex AGRC held on 27.11.05. |
| Race 2 | MATANGI MAIDEN - C0 - 457 | Distinctly Roys, Mr Miargi and Devil In Me were slowest to begin. Mr Miargi ran outwards sharply after 35 mtrs and severely checked itself and Devil In Me then raced very wide throughout. Thrilling Monty drifted to last soon after the start and made up ground well to finish 4th. Thrilling Monty changed ground outwards across the heels of Mochaccino on the first turn and lost a length. |
| Race 3 | LEAMINGTON SPRINT - C1 - 375 | Bullet Blue was slowest to begin. Colonel Hogan and Hypo Lomu came together at the start with both being checked. Entering the first turn Mr Gulliver (winner), Prospero and Big Archie came together with all three runners being checked. Hypo Lomu endeavoured to move outwards from a tight spot on the bend and severely checked itself, Colonel Hogan and Miss MacSteele. Bullet Blue ran very wide on the home turn, lost valuable ground and then rallied well to finish 3rd. |
| Race 4 | GRANDVIEW SPORTS BAR STAKES - C1 - 457 | Baltasar was very slow to begin then made up ground strongly for a close 2nd. Astro Sharrie clipped the heels of and checked Booming Time on the bend. Maxine's Beauty was tightened and changed ground outwards in the home straight. |
| Race 5 | TAMAHERE STAKES - C1 - 457 | Entering the first turn Bonified galloped on the hind quarters of Lord Maximus resulting in severe checks to both runners. Lord Maximus recovered reasonably well to finish 4th. Running Tiger, Trendy Time, Kath and Super Deal were all hampered in the backwash from this incident. A post race veterinary examination of Lord Maximus detected a condition requiring medication and therefore a stand down from racing. Lord Maximus (F.D.Farmer). | Race 6 | NOVICE STAKES FINAL - C2f - 457 | A track record (457 mtrs -25.27sec) was recorded by the winner Thrilling Faith. Winsome State (2nd) and Four Square were the slowest to begin. Our Freddie and Charmaine Bale came together several times prior to the first turn with both being severely checked. Entering the first turn Charmaine Bale moved outwards and came together with Four Square resulting in a severe check to both. |
| Race 7 | TAYLOR STREET DASH - C2 - 375 | Coach Purdon was the slowest to begin. World Bank (winner) and Coruba Rush came together for a stride after the start. Foreign Diplomat and World Bank came together after 25 mtrs with Foreign Diplomat being checked. Foreign Diplomat was tightened then drifted to last on the first turn and showed little improvement thereafter. |
| Race 8 | CAMBRIDGE SPRINT - C4/5 - 375 | Rogan Reason was very slow to begin losing 4 lengths. Hostile Arch ran inwards at the start and slightly checked Maxi The Tax (winner) and I'm Wishing. Keenjackaroo and More Gold jostled continuously until the first turn. Entering the first turn Slice Of Moon and Maxi The Taxi came together with the latter being checked. |
| Race 9 | DINSDALE TAVERN STAKES - C2/3 - 457 | Bet She Can, Charlston Kid, Ballibeast, Run To Paradise and Awesome Enforcer were the slowest to begin otherwise the running of the race was all clear. |
| Race 10 | T A B PUMP & AUTOMATIVE STAKES - C4/5 - 457 | Thrilling Tear was the slowest to begin. Secret Teddy and Romberg Reason came together for a stride after the start. Entering the first turn My Rocky moved outwards and Thrilling Tear inwards with both runners being severely checked. Secret Teddy and Big Teddy Boy also suffered severe checks in this incident. Romberg Reason ran outwards on the home turn and checked Secret Teddy. A post race veterinary examination of Thrilling Tear detected an injury requiring a stand down from racing. Thrilling Tear (N.Udy). Fractured toe middle left hind leg. Rule 329. 14 days up to and including 13.12.05. (Registration papers to be presented to Stipendiary Steward for endorsement). |
