Judicial report: Weather: Showery Race 7. The handler of World Bank (David Schofield) was warned for not complying with NZGRA rule 262 by being late for 'Presentation for pre race procedures'.

The AGRC Judicial Committee Hearing was reconvened into an Official Complaint lodged by Dr J.Mason (Officiating Veterinary Surgeon) against Mr R.P.O'Regan (Licenced Person) on 01 November 2005 and resulting in charges being brought against Mr O'Regan under NZGRA Rule 130.2 and alleged breach of rule 134.10 ( c ). Following the presentation of evidence from all parties the Judicial Committee (Mr K.Coutts) upheld the charges and imposed a fine of $500.00.

Race 1 DENNY'S DASH - C0 - 318 Boldben Flash and Ray Reeb were slow to begin. Thrilling Flirt ran outwards across the entire field after the start severely checking itself, Andwyn and Oh If Only. Andwyn and Awesome Ronnie came together after 60 mtrs with Andwyn being severely checked. Ray Reeb and Boldben Flash jostled several times prior to the first turn. Entering the first turn Ray Reeb and El Token came together with both being severely checked.
Race 2 STREETS ICE CREAM DASH - C1 - 318 Jimmytheone was very slow to begin then made up ground quickly only to make contact with the running rail on entering the first turn resulting on a check. A post race veterinary examination detected no injury. Deniable and El Paso Princess came together for a stride after the start. Tempest Will and Tippy Soprano jostled for several strides prior to the first turn. Hang On Mate (D.M.Smith).Left front toe unstable due to stretched or torn collateral ligament. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 259. 10 days up to and including 03.12.05.
Race 3 LION FOUNDATION STAKES - C1/2 - 527 Thrilling Gus was very slow to begin then ran very wide on the first turn before making up some ground to finish 5th. Sea Drifter and Whata Charm jostled and checked each other several times prior to the first turn.
Race 4 MAJOR BLAKELEY TRIBUTE SPRINT - C4/5 - 318 Don Paulie, Rogan Reason and Hypoumunga were the slowest to begin. Poetical was denied racing room on the first turn, dropped back 3 lengths and eventually finished at the rear. Nearing the back straight Don Paulie and Poetical came together for a stride with both being checked. Gold Strike and Hypoumunga came together for a stride on the home turn. Winsome Dot (B & L Craik). Rule 329 ex AGRC held on 24.11.05.
Race 5 CAROL'S TAB DASH - C1 - 318 Bullet Blue was denied racing room entering the first turn then ran outwards off the rail and checked Astro Sharrie. Sea Master ran outwards across the heels of Miss MacSteele on the bend and was checked by doing so.
Race 6 COMMERCIAL PLUMBING STAKES - C3/4 - 527 Time Solves was very slow to begin. In Defence moved outwards slightly on the first turn and checked itself and Thrilling Hugo. Thrilling Guy ran outwards across the heels of Charlston Ghost on the first bend and lost a length. At the end of the back straight Time Solves was tightened and checked by Thrilling Guy.
Race 7 COCA-COLA DASH - C2 - 318 Rock It Hound, Goldfinger Jewel and Foreign Diplomat came together shortly after the start with all three being slightly checked. Davron Lass ran wide on the bend and in doing so carted Follow The Trend and Ina Tizzy very wide over extra ground. Foreign Diplomat ran outwards on entering the home straight and checked itself and Follow The Trend with these two runners then filling the last two placings.
Race 8 MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C3 - 318 Nearing the home turn, the leader Rhani Reason, moved inwards into the path of Tiger Strike which resulted in a severe check to Rhani Reason with this runner then recovering very well to finish 3rd. Awesome At Last (J.B.Hastie). Rule 259 ex AGRC held on 24.11.05. Tee Ar Tee (S.P.Clark). Dew claw ripped off and removed at kennelling. Vet certificate supplied. Rule 259. 7 days up to and including 01.12.05.
Race 9 'GRAND SLAM' STAKES - C1 - 527 Suitability was the slowest to begin. Running Tiger, Suitability and Music Lesson came together for a stride shortly after the start with all three runners being slightly checked. Thrilling Neo and Last Account came together for a stride after 50 mtrs with both being slightly checked. Entering the first turn general tightening resulted in severe checks to all runners with the exception of Coruba Sun. As a result of this widespread interference Thrilling Neo was also badly tightened at the back of the field and fell losing all chance. A post race veterinary examination of this runner detected no injury.
