Race 1	WELCOME STAKES - C1 - 505	HOMEBUSH MCGIVAR clipped the heels of GENEROUS THIEF on the first corner, moved out and pushed ASTRO NERONRE wide on the bend. HOMEBUSH HORSE and AMUSEMENT collided when entering the back straight and AMUSEMENT lost several lengths and finished in last place.
Race 2	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS - C1 - 297	FINN O'RILEY ran very wide throughout, covered extra ground and finished near the rear. GUS THE BUILDER, GAZZA'S DELIGHT and BAGRIZZNIX BOY were checked on the bend, lost some ground and they finished at the rear.
Race 3	ALBION TAVERN - C1 - 505	STAUNCH was checked on the first corner, moved out and pushed ARANUI SPEEDY wide on the first bend. STAUNCH then dropped back and eventually finished in last place. She appeared sore and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury at that time.
Race 4	OXFORD HOTEL - C1 - 297	UNO A WHISPER moved in on the first corner and checked HANG ON MATE who dropped back onto BOY RACER and they both lost ground. IMAGE OF ISHBELL began very awkwardly and lost several lengths and any chance of a placing. She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with suspected concussion which may have been sustained when jumping from the boxes. IMAGE OF ISHBELL K.Hanover Rule 329 Signs consistant with concussion and stood down for 7 days to and including 22.11.05.
Race 5	HAPPY 21ST MATHEW MCCOOK - C2 - 505	CLAIRE EYES was scratched due to injury. The favourite HILLTOP CUTIE was checked twice in the race to the first corner and dropped back to near the rear. She never recovered and finished well back. THRILLING HOPE and LUCABELLA were also checked on the first corner and they finished well back also. CLAIRE EYES W.Morris Rule 259 Suffering from a tricep injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 27.11.05.
Race 6	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C2 - 297	SECRET PRINCE and DES'REE bumped together for several strides soon after the start and dropped back to the rear and stayed well back.
Race 7	CLOVERLEA TAVERN - C4/5 - 505	FANTASY SHIFTER was scratched due to injury. SILK RIPPLE faltered and dropped out on the first corner and finished a long distance behind the other runners. She was examined by the Vet andstood down for 28 days with a back muscle injury. MANAWANUI checked off the heels of CELESTIAL on the first bend, moved out and bumped TEDDY HALL who was pushed wide. FANTASY SHIFTER G & S Hayden- Holmes Rule 259 Suffering from a toe injury and stood down for 20 days to and including 02.12.05. SILK RIPPLE C. Morris Rule 329 Suffered a back muscle injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 13.12.05.
Race 8	MANAWATU SECURITY SERVICES - C5 - 297	STATELY CHARM was one of the slowest away, was then tightened between runners and dropped out to last and stayed there.
Race 9	OUTBACK TRADING - C3/4 - 297	All clear.
Race 10	BRISCOES PALM NRTH - C3 - 505	RALPH was scratched due to injury. BLUE MOON MAGIC moved in on the first corner and checked BANJO COUNTRY. BANJO COUNTRY then raced onto the heels of DARK SENSATION on the first bend and lost further ground. RALPH M.Gardner Rule 259 Suffering from bite wounds and stood down for 30 days to and including 12.12.05.
