Judicial report: Weather: Fine M McCook
Following Race 19 M McCook was charged under Rule 135.1 in that he acted improperly by boxing the dog ELLA LEE incorrectly prior to the start, thereby breaching Rule 302.3. M McCook denied the charge. After viewing the video replays of the boxing M McCook was found guilty of the charge and was fined $75.00 by the Judicial Committee. A further investigation into this incident was opened and adjourned by the Stewards for further inquiries to take place.

The Stewards held an inquiry into this incident and were satisfied that both dogs had reacted to the interference and no further action was warranted.
