***********
An AGRC Judicial Committee Hearing was reconvened in relation to a charge under NZGRA Rule 130.1 against Licenced Person, Mrs B.Craik resulting from an official complaint lodged with the Stipendiary Steward by Licenced Person, Mr S.C.Mann. Following presentation of evidence to the Judicial Committee (Mr N.McGough) reserved his decision.

Race 2. Following the running of this race a charge under NZGRA Rule 322.1 (b) was preferred against Mac McLeod (G.C.Farrell) due to not pursuing the lure with due commitment. Following the conclusion of the race meeting an official complaint was lodged with the Stipendiary Steward by the Officiating Veterinary Surgeon, Mr J.Mason in relation to offensive behaviour towards him by Licenced Person, Mr R.P.O'Regan during the pre meeting kennelling process.
This was referred to the AGRC Judicial Committee under Rule 123.8 and a Hearing was opened and adjourned until a date / time to be advised.
***********
Race 8. Prior to this race a complaint was received from the Head Kennel Steward (Mrs D.Green) that no Handler had arrived to commence pre race procedures for Gold Strike (N.P.Green). Following immediate investigation it was determined that the designated Handler for Gold Strike, Mr G. Calverley, had been involved in an ordered post race veterinary examination of the greyhound Friendly Virus as a result of information received by the Stipendiary Steward from another Trainer in relation to 'the appearance' of a front leg condition during the initial examination at kennelling and consequently Mr Calverley had overlooked the reporting time for this race. This was confirmed by Mr J Mason, Officiating Veterinary Surgeon. Following consideration of the circumstances Mr Calverley was issued with a final warning.
Mr Mason advised the Stipendiary Steward of the nature of the greyhound's leg condition and following discussion his explanation was accepted and noted.
