Race 10. There were automatic timing system and partial photo finish equipment malfunctions in this race which the Club will have investigated prior to the next race meeting.

A Judicial Committee hearing was reconvened in relation to charges laid by the Stipendiary Steward against Trainer, D.L.Annette, for not providing a Catcher for her greyhound 'Ona Run' in Race 9 at the race meeting conducted on 15.09.05. Following consideration of all evidence presented, the decision reached by the Judicial Committee (A.Booth) was to impose a fine of $25.00 and issue a warning to Mrs Annette in relation to Rule 135.10. Mrs Annette did not attend the hearing.

Never Home and Jewel came together after 25 mtrs with Jewel being checked. Deniable raced very wide throughout and finished 7th. A post race veterinary examination of Never Home detected an injury requiring a stand down from racing. Never Home (T.McGillivray). Right fore stopper ligament (medial) soreness and wrist soreness on hard flexion. Rule 329. 10 days up to and including 22.10.05. |
| Race 2 | IMPROVERS DASH - C1 - 375 | Diamond Ditto, Miss Mac Steele, Miss Livewire and Nikkei came together after the start with all being checked to varying degrees. Gentle Lee ran outwards at the start checking itself and Thrilling Tiger. Entering the first turn King Of Dreams endeavoured to move outwards causing tightening and severe checks to itself, Diamond Ditto and Miss Livewire. |
| Race 3 | SIXPACK STAKES - C0 - 457 | All Mine Now was observed and reported to be hard to box. Joebees Jet, Richfield Reason and All Mine Now were the slowest to begin. Richfield Reason and Joebees Jet came together for a stride after 15 mtrs. Maggy Jay moved outwards after 60 mtrs and checked Joebees Jet, Richfield Reason and All Mine Now. Entering the first turn Joebees Jet was galloped on and severely checked from behind by Richfield Reason. Joebees Jet moved outwards on the bend and severely checked All Mine Now. |
| Race 4 | DINSDALE TAVERN DASH - C1/2 - 375 | Jimmitom was slow to begin. Thrilling Mike went down on it's hind legs at the start and lost 3 lengths. Jimmitom pushed outwards and checked Foreign Diplomat on the bend. A post race veterinary examination of Thrilling Mike detected no injury. |
| Race 5 | TAUWHARE STAKES - C1 - 457 | Mr Horatio and Last Account were the slowest to begin. Last Account and Prince Flex came together for a stride after the start with both being slightly checked. Entering the first turn Thrilling Cullen moved inwards causing tightening and severe checks to itself and Queen Rowley. Hypo Lomu (W.Steele). Late scratching. Swelling left caudal metatarsal area -possible spider bite. Rule 259. 10 days up to and including 22.10.05. |
| Race 6 | HILLCREST TAVERN STAKES - C2 - 457 | Full head on coverage of this race was not available from TAB Trackside. Booming Time and Charlston Kid were very slow to begin. Booming Time when at the rear entering the home turn ran outwards across the heels of Miss Tonsberg and checked itself slightly. |
| Race 7 | MATANGI DASH - C3 - 375 | Bonza Bill was the slowest to begin. General tightening shortly after the start resulted in checks to Charlston Flash, Togetherness, Keenjackaroo and Keen Precision. Charlston Flash and Keen Precision ran wide on the bend. |
| Race 8 | RACEWAY SPRINT - C4/5 - 375 | Mr Pollywaffle and Christopher Bale were the slowest to begin. Marissa Bale and Final Objective came together for a stride after the start. Nearing the first turn Mr Pollywaffle and Dalhunty Bale jostled for two strides. On the bend Hostile Arch ran outwards across the heels of Wild Kentucky and collided with Maxi The Taxi which was severely checked. A post race veterinary examination of Maxi The Taxi detected no injury. |
| Race 9 | TAB PUMP & AUTOMOTIVE STAKES - C4 - 457 | Awesome Enforcer and Stinger Bart were the slowest to begin with Stinger Bart then drifting to a distant last before making up ground around the bend and running on in the home straight. |
| Race 10 | GET OUT STAKES - C4/5 - 457 | There was a timing system malfunction in this race. Awesome Cole drifted slightly after the start. Raheny Reason moved outwards on the first turn and checked My Rocky. Raheny Reason ran very wide on the home turn when near the rear. |
