Judicial report: Weather: Fine Northern Digital Ltd are to conduct extensive investigations / repairs into the malfunction of the main photo finish camera prior to the next race meeting. The malfunctions caused minor delays to the official placings being declared for races 7-10.

Following the running of Race 10 an official complaint was received from the Chairman of the AGRC, Mr B.McGhie, in relation to alledged comments made to him by Trainer Mr D.Schofield, who had now left the course. Consequently, a hearing to consider a charge of breaching Rule 130.2, against Mr Schofield, was opened and adjourned with the AGRC Judicial Committee and is to be reconvened at the race meeting to be held on 21.06.05.

Trainers / handlers are again reminded that late reporting to the kennel block for pre race procedures may result in charges being laid under Rules 262 and 135.1.

Race 1	COCA-COLA DASH - C1 - 318	Dr Dal Santo, Hang On Mate (winner) and Our Shereena missed the start slightly. Into the first turn Tiger Strike (favourite), Boot's Last, Mr Big Head and Peter Hand were victims of general tightening and subsequent checks.
Race 2	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C1 - 318	Bus Painter (3rd) and Nikkei (5th) were slow to begin and made up ground well for their respective placings. Miamigo (D.M.Smith). Left metacarpal soreness and pain on flexion of all toes. Rule 329. 10 days to and including 18.06.05.
Race 3	STREETS ICE CREAM STAKES - C1 - 527	Certainly, Colonel Hogan, Hopplar (3rd) and Hello Awesome (winner) were slow to begin. Brandalyn Bale and Certainly came together nearing the first turn. Certainly moved outwards on the first turn and in a chain reaction both Colonel Hogan and Hopplar took evasive action by running wide and being checked in the process.
Race 4	ROYAL WOLF CONTAINERS DASH - C2 - 318	Our Polar, Togetherness and Camcaff came together for a stride after 40 mtrs. Togetherness moved inwards entering the first turn which tightened and checked Our Polar and Christopher Bale. Kath ran very wide on the home turn carting Our polar wide as well.
Race 5	TINT-A-CAR DASH - C2 - 318	Goldfinger Jewel was tightened and checked entering the first turn and lost all chance. Hello Darling moved outwards and across the heels of Hove Dale nearing the home turn.
Race 6	MCGHIE PLUMBING STAKES - C2 - 527	Johnnies Luck was tightened and checked on the first turn then ran on in the home straight for 5th.
Race 7	PAT PATERSON MEMORIAL DASH - C3 - 318	This race started 4 minutes late due to a photo finish camera malfunction and the backup camera being used. Farmer Benson moved outwards on the bend checking Cosmic Eclipse. Junior Time moved outwards on the bend carting Just Hasty wide.
Race 8	RADIO PACIFIC STAKES - C4/5 - 527	This race started 1 minute late due to a repeat photo finish camera malfunction. Fancy Style (2nd), Rogan Reason (4th), Mr Blackout and Rivette Reason (3rd) were slow to begin. Fancy Style ran wide on the first turn. Mr Blackout drifted on the final bend to finish 7th.
Race 9	CAROL'S TAB STAKES - C2/3 - 527	Origin Teddy ran inwards at the start causing a minor check to Den Of Fire. As a result of general tightening entering the first turn all runners with the exception of Buck's Reward and Coruba Storm were severely checked with Shooshla and Den Of Fire losing all chance.
Race 10	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING DASH - C4/5 - 318	Hypo Spencer was a late scratching due to injury in the parade ring. General tightening after 40 mtrs caused the entire field with the exception of China's Fire to suffer severe checks. Jostling then continued until the first turn with Gold Strike and China's Fire breaking clear in the running and finishing 1st and 2nd respectively. Hypo Spencer (S.P.Clark). Late scratching. Pre race fracture / dislocation of the right humerus. Euthanased.
